【摘要】：我國(guó)民主的法律化、制度化還需加強(qiáng);黨內(nèi)民主來(lái)帶動(dòng)人民民主仍需深化,作為執(zhí)政黨的共產(chǎn)黨在憲法和法律的范圍內(nèi)活動(dòng),仍需堅(jiān)持依法治國(guó)、依憲治國(guó),建立一個(gè)堅(jiān)持以中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、人民當(dāng)家作主和依法治國(guó)有機(jī)統(tǒng)一的社會(huì)主義民主政治體制。
