【摘要】：現(xiàn)代社會(huì)中，市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)特有的功利化特征以及西方性自由等因素，嚴(yán)重地影響著大學(xué)生的婚戀思想和行為。由于大學(xué)生本身存在生理成熟、心理發(fā)展相對(duì)滯后的特點(diǎn)，使得一些學(xué)生在處理婚戀問題時(shí)往往表現(xiàn)得比較極端，，不顧及后果，嚴(yán)重缺乏法律意識(shí)和社會(huì)責(zé)任感。本文通過(guò)對(duì)當(dāng)前大學(xué)生婚戀現(xiàn)形成中所存在的問題進(jìn)行分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)目前對(duì)大學(xué)生婚戀觀的教育主要是道德觀、價(jià)值觀教育，這些都是簡(jiǎn)單的說(shuō)教式教育，對(duì)大學(xué)生的影響力很小。 大學(xué)生的婚戀問題不僅僅是一個(gè)道德問題，更是一個(gè)法律問題，對(duì)大學(xué)生進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的法制教育是非常有必要的。法制教育是大學(xué)生思想政治教育的一個(gè)重要內(nèi)容，也是大學(xué)生知識(shí)體系中的一個(gè)重要組成部分，但當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的法律素質(zhì)狀況不容樂觀，法律意識(shí)淡薄，法制教育普遍缺失。本文通過(guò)對(duì)大學(xué)生婚戀觀形成中存在的各種問題進(jìn)行考察分析，重點(diǎn)論述法制教育對(duì)大學(xué)生樹立正確婚戀觀的影響，并提出開展法制教育的相應(yīng)對(duì)策。以此希望能培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生健康向上的婚戀觀，建立起理想化的大學(xué)生婚戀狀態(tài)。
[Abstract]:In modern society, the unique utilitarian characteristics of market economy and Western sexual freedom have a serious impact on college students' love and marriage thoughts and behaviors. Because college students have the characteristics of physical maturity and psychological development lagging behind, some students tend to be extreme in dealing with the problem of love and marriage, regardless of the consequences, and lack legal consciousness and social responsibility seriously. Through the analysis of the problems existing in the present formation of college students' marriage and love, this paper finds that the education of college students' view of marriage and love at present is mainly moral and value education, which are all simple preaching education. It has little influence on college students. The problem of marriage and love of college students is not only a moral issue, but also a legal issue. It is very necessary to carry out systematic legal education for college students. Legal education is an important content of ideological and political education of college students, and also an important part of the knowledge system of college students. However, the legal quality of contemporary college students is not optimistic, the legal consciousness is weak, and the legal education is generally lacking. Based on the investigation and analysis of various problems existing in the formation of college students' views on marriage and love, this paper focuses on the influence of legal education on college students' setting up a correct concept of marriage and love, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for carrying out legal education. In this way, we hope to cultivate the healthy and upward view of love and marriage of college students and establish an idealized state of marriage and love.
