【摘要】：依據(jù)政權(quán)建設(shè)的"三三制"原則作為指導(dǎo),中國共產(chǎn)黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的抗日根據(jù)地在參議會與政府選舉以及政策制定與實施中充分體現(xiàn)了黨派協(xié)商、政黨與社會協(xié)商的民主實踐內(nèi)容。"三三制"政權(quán)反映了中國共產(chǎn)黨在特定時期關(guān)于建設(shè)新民主主義共和國的政治設(shè)想和現(xiàn)代革命的民主訴求,也是中國共產(chǎn)黨推行協(xié)商民主建設(shè)的萌芽與雛形。
[Abstract]:Guided by the "three systems" principle of political power construction, the anti-Japanese base areas led by the Communist Party of China have fully embodied the democratic practice of party consultation, political party and social consultation in the election of the Senate and the government, as well as in the formulation and implementation of policies. " The "three system" regime reflects the political assumption of the Communist Party of China on the construction of the new Democratic Republic and the democratic demands of the modern revolution in a specific period, and is also the germination and embryonic form of the Chinese Communist Party in carrying out the democratic construction of consultation.
