高中生公民民主意識教育探討

【摘要】:公民民主意識是指在一定的社會政治歷史條件下,公民對國家民主政治、民主權(quán)利以及民主法制制度在觀念上的反映,以及出于對自己所處地位和民主作用的看法,而對國家與社會事務(wù)參與的態(tài)度和程度。具體表現(xiàn)在民主主體意識、民主權(quán)利意識、民主責任意識、民主參與意識、民主監(jiān)督意識、民主法治意識等方面。高中生公民民主意識教育具有政治性和現(xiàn)實性的特點。高中生的公民民主意識是建設(shè)社會主義民主政治的需要,是建設(shè)和諧社會的需要,是加強中學德育工作的需要,是促進高中生全面發(fā)展的需要。 本文通過對1073名調(diào)查者的問卷調(diào)查及訪談分析得出了當前我國高中生公民民主意識的現(xiàn)狀:當前我國高中生的公民民主主體意識薄弱;民主權(quán)利意識有所覺醒但缺乏完整的認知;民主責任意識欠缺;民主權(quán)利意識與民主責任意識不銜接;民主監(jiān)督意識有待于加強;民主參與意識缺失;民主法治意識有所欠缺。通過對教師和學生的問卷調(diào)查及訪談分析,可以看出當前我國高中生公民民主意識教育存在教師民主意識缺失,教育理念落后、教學方法單一等問題。 本文在調(diào)查研究的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了高中生公民民主意識教育的對策建議:(1)明確高中生公民民主意識教育的主要目標。根據(jù)三個不同年級的特點,分別有針對性地提出高一、高二和高三的不同教育目標。(2)構(gòu)建高中生公民民主意識教育的內(nèi)容體系。確立以民主主體意識教育、民主權(quán)利意識教育、民主責任意識教育、民主參與意識教育、民主監(jiān)督意識教育和民主法治意識教育為主的教育內(nèi)容。(3)遵循高中生公民民主意識教育的基本原則。高中生公民民主意識教育應(yīng)該遵循顯性教育和隱性教育相結(jié)合的原則、理論教育與實踐教育相結(jié)合的原則、學校教育與家庭教育相結(jié)合的原則。(4)探索高中生公民民主意識教育的有效策略。高中生公民民主意識教育的有效策略主要有:構(gòu)建和諧民主的校園文化、提高教師的民主素養(yǎng)、提升高中生的公民民主意識。
[Abstract]:The citizen's democratic consciousness refers to the reflection of the national democratic politics, the democratic rights and the democratic legal system by the citizens in a certain socio-political and historical condition, as well as their views on their own position and the role of democracy. And the attitude and degree of participation in state and social affairs. It is embodied in the consciousness of democratic subject, democratic right, democratic responsibility, democratic participation, democratic supervision, democratic rule of law and so on. The education of citizen democratic consciousness of senior high school students is political and realistic. The citizen democratic consciousness of high school students is the need of building socialist democratic politics, the need of building harmonious society, the need of strengthening moral education in middle school, and the need of promoting the all-round development of high school students. Through the questionnaire survey and interview analysis of 1073 investigators, this paper concludes the current situation of civil democratic consciousness of senior high school students in our country: the civil democratic subject consciousness of senior high school students in our country is weak at present; The consciousness of democratic right is awakened but lack of complete cognition; the consciousness of democratic responsibility is deficient; the consciousness of democratic right and democratic responsibility is not connected; the consciousness of democratic supervision needs to be strengthened; the consciousness of democratic participation is lacking; the consciousness of democratic rule of law is deficient. Through the questionnaire survey and interview analysis of teachers and students, we can see that there are some problems in the education of civil democratic consciousness of senior high school students in our country, such as the lack of democratic consciousness of teachers, the backward concept of education, the single teaching method, and so on. On the basis of investigation and research, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of citizen democratic consciousness education for senior high school students: 1) defining the main goal of citizen democratic consciousness education for senior high school students. According to the characteristics of three different grades, the author puts forward the different educational objectives of Senior one, Grade two and Grade three respectively) and constructs the content system of civil democratic consciousness education for senior high school students. Establishing the education of democratic subject consciousness, democratic right consciousness, democratic responsibility consciousness, democratic participation consciousness, The education content of democratic supervision consciousness education and democratic rule by law consciousness education follows the basic principle of citizen democratic consciousness education of senior high school students. The education of citizen democratic consciousness of senior high school students should follow the principle of combining explicit education with recessive education, and the principle of combining theory education with practical education. The principle of combining school education with family education. The effective strategies of high school students' civic democratic consciousness education are as follows: constructing harmonious and democratic campus culture, improving teachers' democratic accomplishment, and enhancing high school students' civic democratic consciousness.
