【摘要】：實現(xiàn)高校學(xué)生事務(wù)管理法治化,應(yīng)以法律的規(guī)范、原則、精神和邏輯,審視高校學(xué)生事務(wù)管理規(guī)章制度的制定、執(zhí)行、監(jiān)督等環(huán)節(jié),剖析管理中的違法、違規(guī)、失范現(xiàn)象,針對管理越位、管理錯位、管理缺位等問題,實行良法善治之對策措施,做到權(quán)依法定、權(quán)依法行、法律至上。其進路是:完善法律法規(guī)、統(tǒng)一司法標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、良法善治一體,依法修訂校規(guī)、規(guī)范管理、強化監(jiān)督,樹立法治觀念,提高運用法治思維和法治方式能力,規(guī)范衡平高校權(quán)威和學(xué)生權(quán)益。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the legalization of student affairs management in colleges and universities, we should examine the establishment, execution and supervision of the rules and regulations of student affairs management in colleges and universities, and analyze the illegal, illegal and abnormal phenomena in the management of students' affairs by law, principle, spirit and logic. Aiming at the problems of management offside, misplacement and absence of management, the countermeasures and measures of good law and good governance should be put into practice to make the right according to the law, the right to act according to the law, and the law to be supreme. The way forward is to perfect the laws and regulations, unify the judicial standards, improve the good law and good governance, revise the school rules according to law, standardize the management, strengthen the supervision, establish the concept of the rule of law, and improve the ability of applying the rule of law thinking and the way of the rule of law. We will standardize the balance between the authority of universities and the rights and interests of students.
