【摘要】：法治城市是推進法治國家、法治政府、法治社會一體建設(shè)的重要載體,既反映了法治國家與法治政府的承接,也實現(xiàn)了法治政府與法治社會的統(tǒng)一,還體現(xiàn)了法治社會與法治國家的呼應(yīng)。法治城市建設(shè)應(yīng)遵循一定的法秩序規(guī)則,讓權(quán)力制衡、權(quán)利保障和程序規(guī)范等各個構(gòu)成要素成為一個有機整體,相互制約、相互協(xié)調(diào)。
[Abstract]:The city ruled by law is an important carrier to promote the construction of a country, a government and a society under the rule of law, which not only reflects the undertaking of the country ruled by law and the government by law, but also realizes the unity of the government under the rule of law and the society under the rule of law. It also reflects the echo of a society ruled by law and a country ruled by law. The construction of a city under the rule of law should follow certain rules of law and order, and let the elements of power balance, rights guarantee and procedural norms become an organic whole, restrict each other and coordinate with each other.
