一步法制備BAMO-THF型熱塑性彈性體及其力學(xué)特性

【摘要】:以一縮二乙二醇(DEG)為擴(kuò)鏈劑,通過一步熔融聚合法,制備得到高含量3,3-二疊氮甲基氧丁環(huán)與四氫呋喃共聚醚(BAMO-THF)型含能熱塑性彈性體(ETPE)。采用傅里葉變換紅外光譜(FT-IR)和廣角X-射線衍射儀(WXRD)表征制備的ETPE結(jié)構(gòu),動(dòng)態(tài)力學(xué)熱分析(DMA)、萬能材料試驗(yàn)機(jī)、邵氏硬度儀研究其力學(xué)性質(zhì)。結(jié)果表明,制備的BAMO-THF型ETPE具有明顯的疊氮型聚醚聚氨酯彈性體特征。在加載應(yīng)力和溫度作用下,由于其線性分子鏈結(jié)構(gòu),ETPE試樣蠕變程度較大。此外,擴(kuò)鏈劑含量的增加并不利于ETPE延伸率和低溫性能的提高。其中軟段BAMO-THF含量達(dá)到93.3%,硬段含量?jī)H為6.7%的D20試樣力學(xué)性能較佳,抗拉強(qiáng)度和斷裂伸長(zhǎng)率分別為3.61 MPa和1 277%,低溫玻璃化轉(zhuǎn)變溫度為-23.4℃。
[Abstract]:Using diethylene glycol (DEG) as chain extender, a kind of energetic thermoplastic elastomer (ETPEPe) was prepared by one-step melt polymerization with high content of 3-diazo methyl oxybutyl ring and tetrahydrofuran co-polyether (BAMO-THFR). The ETPE structure was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and wide angle X-ray diffractometer (WXRD). The mechanical properties were studied by dynamic mechanical thermal analysis (DMA), universal material testing machine and Shao hardness tester. The results showed that the BAMO-THF type ETPE had obvious properties of azide polyether polyurethane elastomer. Under the action of loading stress and temperature, the creep degree of ETPE specimen is higher because of its linear molecular chain structure. In addition, the increase of chain extender content is not conducive to the increase of elongation and low temperature performance of ETPE. The tensile strength and elongation at break were 3.61 MPa and 1.277 MPa, respectively, and the glass transition temperature at low temperature was -23.4 鈩,
