【摘要】：鄧小平以偉大的無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)思想家、革命家和軍事家的歷史擔(dān)當(dāng),對(duì)軍隊(duì)法治建設(shè)作出了系統(tǒng)的理論思考、科學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)和戰(zhàn)略部署:一是科學(xué)地厘清了社會(huì)主義民主法治與軍隊(duì)建設(shè)的本質(zhì)聯(lián)系,闡明了軍隊(duì)法治建設(shè)在國(guó)家法治大系統(tǒng)中的重要地位,為我黨依法治軍方針的提出奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的理論基石;二是從人民軍隊(duì)的性質(zhì)和任務(wù)出發(fā),遵循法治的普遍性規(guī)律,科學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)反映當(dāng)代中國(guó)軍隊(duì)法治建設(shè)本質(zhì)、規(guī)律和特征的基本原則;三是圍繞法治建設(shè)的關(guān)鍵領(lǐng)域和環(huán)節(jié),明確提出軍事立法、執(zhí)法、法制教育和法律監(jiān)督等方面建設(shè)的目標(biāo)任務(wù),高屋建瓴地規(guī)劃出依法治軍的系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:With the historical responsibility of great proletarian thinkers, revolutionaries and military strategists, Deng Xiaoping made a systematic theoretical thinking on the construction of the rule of law in the army. Scientific design and strategic planning: first, it scientifically clarifies the essential relationship between socialist democratic rule of law and military construction, and clarifies the important position of military rule of law in the large system of national rule of law. It has laid a solid theoretical foundation for the Party's policy of administering the army according to law. Secondly, from the perspective of the nature and tasks of the people's armed forces, following the universal law of the rule of law, the scientific design reflects the essence of the construction of the rule of law in contemporary China's armed forces. Third, focusing on the key areas and links of the construction of the rule of law, clearly putting forward the target tasks for the construction of military legislation, law enforcement, legal education and legal supervision, etc. The system structure of administering the army according to law is planned from a strategic point of view.
