【摘要】：在全國范圍執(zhí)政之前,中國共產(chǎn)黨曾經(jīng)有江西時期、延安時期、西柏坡時期三次局部執(zhí)政的嘗試與實踐。中國共產(chǎn)黨局部執(zhí)政時期的執(zhí)政成效,不僅為黨贏得民心、取得革命勝利打下了堅實的基礎(chǔ),而且為新中國成立后黨在全國范圍的執(zhí)政積累了寶貴的經(jīng)驗。
[Abstract]:Before the whole country came into power, the Communist Party of China had tried and practiced three local governments in Jiangxi period, Yan'an period and Xibaipo period. The ruling effect of the Chinese Communist Party during the partial ruling period not only laid a solid foundation for the Party to win the popular support and the revolutionary victory, but also accumulated valuable experience for the ruling party in the whole country after the founding of New China.
