自孕育法制備ZA27合金半固態(tài)漿料水淬組織

【摘要】:采用自孕育法制備了ZA27合金半固態(tài)漿料,研究了不同熔體處理溫度、等溫保溫溫度和等溫保溫時間對ZA27合金半固態(tài)漿料水淬組織的影響。結果表明,自孕育法制備半固態(tài)漿料,其形核包括兩個階段,能夠有效細化ZA27合金的晶粒,獲得細小的薔薇狀等軸晶。在等溫保溫球化過程中,隨等溫保溫時間的延長,平均晶粒尺寸不斷增加,形狀因子先減小后增大。適合ZA27合金半固態(tài)漿料的等溫保溫溫度為470℃,等溫保溫時間為3min,平均晶粒尺寸為60.02μm。
[Abstract]:Semi-solid slurry of ZA27 alloy was prepared by self-inoculation method. The effects of melt treatment temperature, isothermal holding temperature and isothermal holding time on water quenching microstructure of ZA27 alloy semi-solid slurry were studied. The results show that the nucleation of semisolid slurry prepared by self-inoculation process can effectively refine the grain size of ZA27 alloy and obtain fine rose-shaped equiaxed grains. In the process of isothermal spheroidization, the average grain size increases with the prolongation of the isothermal holding time, and the shape factor decreases first and then increases. The isothermal holding temperature is 470 鈩,
