【摘要】：正西方的頹勢(shì)是由多種原因引發(fā)的,其中國內(nèi)政治制度即"黨爭(zhēng)民主"不能免責(zé)。冷戰(zhàn)剛結(jié)束時(shí),美國如日中天,就是在這種一片大好的形勢(shì)下,共和黨折騰民主黨總統(tǒng)克林頓多年,因?yàn)榭肆诸D總統(tǒng)是一個(gè)文化多元主義者,主張移民合法化,民主黨華爾街化,文化保守派對(duì)其恨之入骨。在遭遇到重大的文明沖突即"9·11事件"后,陶醉在"普世價(jià)值"中的美國人依然把一個(gè)黑人奧巴馬送進(jìn)白宮,對(duì)此美國共和黨處處與其做對(duì),奧巴馬總統(tǒng)因此浪費(fèi)
[Abstract]:The decline in the West is caused by many reasons, including the domestic political system, namely, "the party struggles for democracy" can not be exempted. At the end of the cold war, when the United States was at the height of the day, it was under such an excellent situation that the Republican Party had been torturing Democratic President Clinton for many years, because President Clinton was a cultural pluralism who advocated legalization of immigration.
