【摘要】：正自黨的十八大以來,在中央保持高壓反腐的態(tài)勢(shì)下,濫政現(xiàn)象顯著下降,但懶政行為卻逐漸滋長(zhǎng)。若不能有效治理這一非正�，F(xiàn)象,將來會(huì)反復(fù)出現(xiàn)懶政與濫政的循環(huán)。無論濫政與懶政呈現(xiàn)何種循環(huán)趨向,均有礙于中央提出的到2020年全面建成小康社會(huì)這一宏偉目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。在社會(huì)發(fā)展新常態(tài)下,深入剖析濫政與懶政死循環(huán)的產(chǎn)生根源,認(rèn)識(shí)到其嚴(yán)重的危害性,探索對(duì)
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), under the situation of the central government maintaining high pressure on anti-corruption, the phenomenon of political abuse has decreased significantly, but lazy government behavior has gradually grown. If this abnormal phenomenon can not be effectively dealt with, there will be a cycle of lazy and abusive government again and again in the future. No matter what kind of circulatory tendency the government overruns and lazy politics presents, it will hinder the realization of the grand goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way by 2020 put forward by the Central Committee. Under the new normal of social development, this paper deeply analyzes the root causes of the cycle of excessive government and lazy government, realizes its serious harm, and probes into the problem.
