【摘要】：長(zhǎng)期以來(lái),民主實(shí)踐被民主概念的混亂所累。默勒斯的《民主:苛求與承諾》重建了民主對(duì)民主理論的優(yōu)先,回答了人們通過(guò)民主向自己作出了怎樣的承諾以及人們通過(guò)這個(gè)承諾提出了怎樣的苛刻要求。民主的本質(zhì)是不放棄個(gè)性的共同體化。民主的邏輯起點(diǎn)是民主承諾,即對(duì)平等之自由的相互承認(rèn)。民主的最小條件是意志自由和平等的政治判斷力。無(wú)政府主義的、道德主義的、福利主義的、民粹主義的、審議主義的民主觀念違背了民主承諾,與民主漸行漸遠(yuǎn)。
[Abstract]:For a long time, the practice of democracy has been affected by the confusion of the concept of democracy. Meles' Democracy: exacting and promising reconstructs democracy's priority over democratic theory and answers what kind of commitment people make to themselves through democracy and how demanding they are through that promise. The essence of democracy is not to give up the personality of the community. The logical starting point of democracy is democratic commitment, that is, mutual recognition of the freedom of equality. The minimum condition of democracy is free will and equal political judgment. Anarchism, moralism, welfarism, populism, and deliberative democratic concepts violate democratic promises and go further and further away from democracy.
