重結(jié)晶法制備多級孔Sn-Beta分子篩用于催化葡萄糖異構(gòu)化為果糖

【摘要】:以脫鋁Beta分子篩作為硅源,SnCl_4·5H_2O為錫源,在介孔模板劑十六烷基三甲基溴化銨(CTAB)的作用下經(jīng)過兩步水熱重結(jié)晶法制備了同時具有微孔和介孔的多級孔Sn-Beta分子篩催化劑,并將其用于葡萄糖異構(gòu)化反應(yīng)。采用FT-IR、XRD、SEM、TEM、ICP和N2吸附脫附等溫線等對多級孔Sn-Beta分子篩進(jìn)行了表征?疾炝朔肿雍Y中硅錫摩爾比、反應(yīng)溫度、反應(yīng)時間和催化劑用量對葡萄糖轉(zhuǎn)化率和果糖得率的影響,并對其重復(fù)使用性和再生利用進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明:該分子篩除了具有典型的BEA微孔分子篩的骨架結(jié)構(gòu)外還具有介孔的結(jié)構(gòu)。在催化葡萄糖異構(gòu)反應(yīng)中,當(dāng)分子篩硅錫摩爾比為100,反應(yīng)溫度120℃,反應(yīng)時間2 h,40 mL質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為10%的葡萄糖,催化劑用量為4 g時,果糖的得率高達(dá)47.20%,且具有較好的可再生和多次重復(fù)使用性。
[Abstract]:Using dealuminated Beta molecular sieve as silicon source, SnCl4 5H_2O as tin source, a multiporous Sn-Beta molecular sieve catalyst with both micropores and mesoporous pores was prepared by two steps hydrothermal recrystallization with the action of mesoporous template cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB). It was used in the isomerization of glucose. The multiporous Sn-Beta molecular sieves were characterized by FT-IRN XRDX Sn-Beta and N2 adsorption and desorption isotherms. The effects of molar ratio of Si to Sn, reaction temperature, reaction time and amount of catalyst on glucose conversion and fructose yield were investigated. The results show that the molecular sieve has mesoporous structure in addition to the skeleton structure of typical BEA microporous molecular sieve.
