【摘要】:以聚甲醛(POM)為聚合物,六氟異丙醇為溶劑,通過熱致相分離法制備POM多孔微球。研究淬火溫度、淬火時間和聚合物濃度等因素對形成POM多孔微球形貌的影響。結(jié)果表明:淬火溫度為15℃和10℃得到直徑為4.3~7.2μm不均一、不規(guī)整微球。淬火溫度降低到5℃和0℃,得到直徑為6.3~11.0μm規(guī)整均一微球。隨著淬火時間延長,微球越均一規(guī)整。低濃度(質(zhì)量含量2%)有利于形成葉片狀,而高濃度(質(zhì)量含量4%~5%)主要形成多孔微球。POM多孔微球比表面積和孔隙率分別為6.7m2/g和95.9%。
[Abstract]:POM porous microspheres were prepared by thermal phase separation with polyformaldehyde (POM) as polymer and hexafluoroisopropanol as solvent. The effects of quenching temperature, quenching time and polymer concentration on the morphology of POM porous microspheres were studied.
