【摘要】："同步實(shí)踐教學(xué)"模式、理念的提出和堅(jiān)持,推動(dòng)知識(shí)教學(xué)與實(shí)踐教學(xué)在法治人才培養(yǎng)中同步進(jìn)行,推動(dòng)實(shí)踐教學(xué)全程化、實(shí)體化、常態(tài)化貫穿于法治人才培養(yǎng)的始終;推動(dòng)社會(huì)優(yōu)勢(shì)資源與高校資源的整合,探索全方位、無(wú)縫式銜接的法治人才培養(yǎng)機(jī)制,實(shí)現(xiàn)知識(shí)教學(xué)與實(shí)踐教學(xué)、職業(yè)教學(xué)與倫理教學(xué)、人才培養(yǎng)與社會(huì)需求、法學(xué)院校與實(shí)務(wù)單位四維立體同步的嵌入式、交互式、貫通式實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系。同步實(shí)踐教學(xué)模式、理念的提出和堅(jiān)持,同時(shí)解決了當(dāng)前法治人才培養(yǎng)中的三個(gè)核心問(wèn)題:一是法治人才培養(yǎng)共同體的建立和運(yùn)行;二是法學(xué)教育中知識(shí)教學(xué)和實(shí)踐教學(xué)的關(guān)系重新定位;三是從一個(gè)側(cè)面回答法治人才培養(yǎng)中"教什么"和"怎么教"的問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:The mode of "synchronous practice teaching", the idea puts forward and insists, promotes the knowledge teaching and the practice teaching to carry on simultaneously in the training of qualified personnel of rule of law, promotes the practice teaching to turn into the whole process, the materialization, the normalization runs through the rule of law talented person training from beginning to end; To promote the integration of social advantage resources and university resources, to explore the all-round, seamless and seamless training mechanism of talents by law, to realize knowledge teaching and practical teaching, vocational teaching and ethics teaching, talent training and social needs. The four-dimensional three-dimensional synchronization between law colleges and practice units is embedded, interactive and practical teaching system. At the same time, it solves the three core problems in the training of talents under the rule of law: first, the establishment and operation of the community of cultivation of talents under the rule of law; Second, the relationship between knowledge teaching and practice teaching in law education is reoriented, and the third is to answer the questions of "what to teach" and "how to teach" in the cultivation of qualified personnel under the rule of law from one side.
