【摘要】："協(xié)商式監(jiān)督"是人民政協(xié)民主監(jiān)督的新定位。協(xié)商式監(jiān)督是以協(xié)商方式進(jìn)行的監(jiān)督,因而是社會主義協(xié)商民主的重要組成部分;協(xié)商式監(jiān)督是協(xié)助性監(jiān)督,在社會主義監(jiān)督體系中起配合性作用;協(xié)商式是成事性監(jiān)督,因而不同于多黨制、兩黨制條件下的對抗性監(jiān)督。
[Abstract]:Consultative supervision "is the new orientation of democratic supervision of CPPCC." The consultative supervision is a kind of supervision carried out through consultation, and therefore is an important part of socialist consultative democracy; the consultative supervision is a kind of assisting supervision, which plays a cooperative role in the socialist supervisory system; and the consultative mode is a resultant supervision. Therefore, different from the multi-party system, two-party system under the condition of adversarial supervision.
