【摘要】：《民憲》是活躍于抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期第二次民主憲政運(yùn)動(dòng)中的部分中間勢(shì)力所創(chuàng)辦的重要刊物。它創(chuàng)刊于1944年5月,終刊于1945年8月,由左舜生創(chuàng)辦,是中國(guó)民主政團(tuán)同盟的機(jī)關(guān)刊。本文以該刊為研究對(duì)象,通過對(duì)該刊創(chuàng)辦的背景、發(fā)行情況、作者群體、民主思想內(nèi)容的梳理與探討,力圖對(duì)《民憲》中所闡釋的民主思想有一個(gè)較全面的認(rèn)識(shí)。 本文的主體部分通過六個(gè)小部分來進(jìn)行闡述： 第一部分考察了《民憲》的創(chuàng)辦情況。主要從《民憲》的創(chuàng)刊背景、發(fā)行情況、辦刊思想、作者群體四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行分析,其中著重考察了《民憲》的結(jié)束時(shí)間以及黨派背景問題。 第二部分具體研究了《民憲》對(duì)憲政的宣傳活動(dòng)�！睹駪棥吠送ㄟ^闡發(fā)民主憲政的含義、強(qiáng)調(diào)實(shí)施憲政的重要性、駁斥反對(duì)實(shí)行民主憲政的錯(cuò)誤觀點(diǎn)和探討如何實(shí)施民主憲政四個(gè)方面來宣傳民主憲政。 第三部分闡述了《民憲》關(guān)于保障人民自由的主張。主要包括對(duì)人民自由的認(rèn)識(shí)以及對(duì)《保障人民身體自由辦法》的討論。 第四部分簡(jiǎn)析了《民憲》中關(guān)于修改憲草的討論。主要體現(xiàn)在對(duì)憲草的態(tài)度的討論和對(duì)憲草內(nèi)容的批評(píng)上。 第五部分論述了《民憲》對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)政局的態(tài)度�！睹駪棥芬恢焙粲醺鼽h派團(tuán)結(jié)合作,積極調(diào)停國(guó)共矛盾,主張改變國(guó)民黨一黨專政制度、保障人民民主權(quán)利、保障各黨派的合法地位。 第六部分是對(duì)上述論述進(jìn)行的總結(jié),并提出自己對(duì)《民憲》的民主思想以及《民憲》本身的幾點(diǎn)看法。
[Abstract]:The people's Constitution was an important publication founded by some middle forces active in the second democratic constitutional movement during the War of Resistance against Japan. It was founded in May 1944 and finally published in August 1945, founded by Zuo Shunsheng. Based on the background, distribution, author group and democratic thought content of the magazine, this paper tries to have a more comprehensive understanding of the democratic thought explained in the "people's Constitution". The main part of this paper is elaborated by six small parts: The first part examines the establishment of the people's Constitution. This paper mainly analyzes the background, distribution, thought and author group of the people's Constitution, and focuses on the ending time of the people's Constitution and the background of the political parties. The second part concretely studies the propaganda activities of the people's Constitution to the constitutionalism. The people in the people's Constitution explain the meaning of the democratic constitutionalism and emphasize the importance of the implementation of the constitutionalism. This paper refutes the wrong views against the practice of democratic constitutionalism and probes into how to carry out democratic constitutionalism in four aspects to propagate democratic constitutionalism. The third part expounds the idea of protecting the people's freedom in the Constitution of the people. Mainly includes the understanding of the people's freedom and the discussion of the method of protecting the people's body freedom. The fourth part briefly analyzes the discussion about revising the constitution in the people's Constitution. It is mainly reflected in the discussion of the attitude of the constitution and the criticism of the content of the constitution. The fifth part discusses the attitude of the people's Constitution to the domestic political situation. The people's Constitution has always called on all parties to unite and cooperate, to actively mediate the contradictions between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party, to advocate changing the Kuomintang's one-party dictatorship system and to safeguard the people's democratic rights. To safeguard the legitimate status of all parties. The sixth part is a summary of the above exposition, and puts forward my own views on the democratic thought of "people's Constitution" and "people's Constitution" itself.
