【摘要】：習近平社會治理法治思想的產(chǎn)生發(fā)展有著深刻的時代背景。千載難逢的經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展機遇與面臨的各種風險挑戰(zhàn)為這一鮮活理論的產(chǎn)生提供了客觀基礎、實踐依據(jù)。這套邏輯嚴密、科學完備的理論體系全面系統(tǒng)地詮釋和回答了推進社會治理現(xiàn)代化若干重大理論與實踐問題,包括社會治理的戰(zhàn)略布局、根本性質(zhì)、治理格局、主體地位、動力保障、基本原則、管理體制、治理機制、網(wǎng)絡社會治理法治等。其不僅具有實踐性、時代性、科學性的特征,而且凸顯了高屋建瓴的戰(zhàn)略思維、求真務實的實踐思維、勇于創(chuàng)新的改革思維、哲理厚重的辯證思維的理論品質(zhì)。這一思想體系是"馬恩經(jīng)典作家"關于社會管理與法治理論的繼承和發(fā)展,是中國特色社會主義治理理論與實踐的重大成果,是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時代人類治理文明的"中國智慧"結(jié)晶。她對于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)背景下提高社會治理系統(tǒng)化、科學化、智能化、法治化水平,對于加快建設"法治中國""平安中國",對于推動全球人類治理體系民主化、法治化、科學化,構(gòu)建人類命運共同體提供了長期的理論指導。
[Abstract]:The emergence and development of Xi Jinping's thought of social governance by law has a profound background of the times. The once-in-a-lifetime economic and social development opportunities and various risks and challenges have provided an objective basis and practical basis for the birth of this fresh theory. This set of logical, scientific and complete theoretical system comprehensively and systematically interprets and answers some important theoretical and practical problems in promoting the modernization of social governance, including the strategic layout, the fundamental nature, the pattern of governance and the status of the main body of social governance. Power guarantee, basic principles, management system, governance mechanism, network society governance of the rule of law. It not only has the characteristics of practicality, epoch and science, but also highlights the theoretical quality of strategic thinking, practical thinking, innovation thinking and dialectical thinking. This ideological system is the inheritance and development of the theory of social management and rule by law in "Man's Classical Writers", the great achievement of the theory and practice of socialist governance with Chinese characteristics, and the crystallization of "Chinese wisdom" of human governance civilization in the Internet era. She is concerned about raising the level of systematization, science, intelligence and rule of law in social governance under the background of the Internet, for speeding up the construction of "China under the rule of law" and "peaceful China", for promoting the democratization, legalization, and scientization of the global human governance system. The construction of human destiny community provides a long-term theoretical guidance.
