【摘要】:本文提出了一種碳分子篩變壓吸附制氮技術(shù)的改進(jìn)工藝,通過設(shè)計(jì)不對稱中部均壓管路,增加產(chǎn)品氮充壓和產(chǎn)品氮沖洗等工藝步驟,使氮?dú)猱a(chǎn)品的純度、裝置的產(chǎn)氮量和氮回收率得到明顯改善,使現(xiàn)有碳分子篩的生產(chǎn)能力和效率得到充分發(fā)揮,降低了成套設(shè)備的投資和長期操作費(fèi)用。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對裝置的工藝參數(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)選,得到的最優(yōu)設(shè)計(jì)工藝參數(shù)為:吸附劑型號為CMS-220,在空氣壓力為0.8MPa,制取氮?dú)饧兌?9.99%時(shí),氮沖洗比為10%時(shí),氮?dú)猱a(chǎn)率為89.3L/kg-h,氮回收率為23%,為工業(yè)裝置的設(shè)計(jì)放大提供了有價(jià)值的基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)。 采用中部均壓的吸附工藝流程,設(shè)計(jì)制作了生產(chǎn)規(guī)模為700Nm3/h的NGN-700E型工業(yè)制氮裝置,裝置連續(xù)滿負(fù)荷運(yùn)行一年的結(jié)果表明,與常規(guī)均壓工藝流程相比,采用中部均壓工藝NGN-700E變壓吸附制氮裝置制取高純度99.99%氮?dú)?其氮?dú)猱a(chǎn)率和氮?dú)饣厥章士煞謩e提高10%和3%,且操作方便,能耗低,氮?dú)猱a(chǎn)品價(jià)格比較穩(wěn)定,每年可節(jié)省約九百多萬元,經(jīng)濟(jì)效益十分明顯,從投資回報(bào)率來看,投資回收期為六個月。
[Abstract]:In this paper, an improved technology for nitrogen production by pressure swing adsorption of carbon molecular sieve is put forward. The purity of nitrogen product can be made by designing asymmetric middle pressure homogenizing pipeline and increasing product nitrogen charging pressure and product nitrogen flushing. The nitrogen production and nitrogen recovery rate of the plant were improved obviously, the production capacity and efficiency of the existing carbon molecular sieve were brought into full play, and the investment and long-term operating cost of the complete equipment were reduced. On this basis, the process parameters of the device are optimized. The optimum design process parameters are as follows: the adsorbent type is CMS-220, when the air pressure is 0.8MPa, the nitrogen purity is 99.9999, the nitrogen washing ratio is 10. The nitrogen yield is 89.3 L / kg 路h, and the nitrogen recovery is 23%, which provides valuable basic data for the design and amplification of industrial units. A NGN-700E type industrial nitrogen production unit with a scale of 700Nm3/h was designed and manufactured by using the adsorption process of the central uniform pressure. The results showed that the unit operated continuously at full load for one year. High purity 99.99% nitrogen was produced by NGN-700E pressure swing adsorption process in the middle part of the plant. The nitrogen yield and nitrogen recovery can be increased by 10% and 3% respectively, and the operation is convenient, the energy consumption is low, and the price of nitrogen product is stable. It can save more than 9 million yuan each year, and the economic benefit is very obvious. From the point of return on investment, the investment payback period is six months.
