膠液法制備高順式端羥基聚丁二烯液體橡膠

【摘要】:以工業(yè)順丁膠原液為起始原料,先經(jīng)氧化裂解反應制得醛基封端的聚丁二烯液體橡膠,再經(jīng)還原反應制得了端羥基聚丁二烯液體橡膠.結果表明,反應過程中順丁膠的微觀結構未發(fā)生異構化,所得的端羥基聚丁二烯液體橡膠的順式含量高(cis-1,495%);分子量通過控制氧化裂解反應物與丁二烯結構單元的化學計量比,在2200~7000間可調(diào)(~1H-NMR法);分子量分布指數(shù)維持在1.5~2.1范圍;官能度(fn)在2.0左右.與陰離子聚合型丁羥膠和自由基聚合型丁羥膠相比,氧化裂解法制備的丁羥膠微觀結構更規(guī)整,順式含量更高,能夠保持極低的玻璃化轉(zhuǎn)變溫度.此外,以工業(yè)順丁膠原液為原料,既省去了順丁塊膠生產(chǎn)的水析凝聚、干燥壓塊等過程,又免去了膠塊剪切破碎、溶脹溶解等過程,大幅度減少了能量消耗,且反應條件溫和、可控、高效、經(jīng)濟,具有良好的工業(yè)化前景.
[Abstract]:The polybutadiene liquid rubber was prepared by oxidation cracking reaction, and then the hydroxy terminated polybutadiene liquid rubber was prepared by the reduction reaction. The results showed that the microstructure of the polybutadiene was not isomerization in the reaction process and the CIS content of the hydroxy terminated polybutadiene liquid rubber was obtained. High (cis-1495%); molecular weight can be adjusted in 2200~7000 by controlling the stoichiometric ratio of the oxidative cracking reaction and butadiene structural units; the molecular weight distribution index is maintained in the 1.5~2.1 range; the degree of functional degree (FN) is around 2. The oxidative cracking method is compared with the anionic polyhydroxybutylene and the free radical polymerized butadiene rubber. The microstructure of hydroxyl glue is more regular and CIS content is higher, and the glass transition temperature can be kept very low. In addition, the process of water segregation condensation, dry pressing and so on, and the process of removing the shear breaking and swelling dissolution of the rubber block, greatly reducing the energy consumption and the reaction conditions. It is mild, controllable, efficient and economical, and has good prospects for industrialization.
