【摘要】：黨和國家一再強(qiáng)調(diào)生存權(quán)和發(fā)展權(quán)是首要的基本人權(quán)。在全面推進(jìn)中國特色社會主義人權(quán)事業(yè)中,我國人民的生存權(quán)和發(fā)展權(quán)得到了很好的保障和落實(shí)。黨的十八大報告強(qiáng)調(diào)要更好地實(shí)現(xiàn)科學(xué)發(fā)展,加強(qiáng)民主法治,高度關(guān)注民生,堅持公平正義,人權(quán)得到切實(shí)尊重和保障。展望未來,我國人民的生存權(quán)和發(fā)展權(quán)必將得到更大更好地發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The Party and the state have repeatedly stressed that the right to survival and development are the primary basic human rights. In comprehensively promoting the cause of socialist human rights with Chinese characteristics, our people's right to subsistence and development has been well guaranteed and implemented. The report of the 18th CPC National Congress stressed the need to better realize scientific development, strengthen democracy and the rule of law, pay close attention to the people's livelihood, uphold fairness and justice, and ensure that human rights are respected and safeguarded. Looking forward to the future, our people's rights to survival and development will be further and better developed.
