【摘要】：正法治政府是國(guó)家治理現(xiàn)代化的重要標(biāo)志。黨的十八屆四中全會(huì)提出深入推進(jìn)依法行政,加快建設(shè)法治政府的目標(biāo)和任務(wù),為在新的歷史起點(diǎn)上推進(jìn)法治政府建設(shè)注入了新動(dòng)力。建設(shè)法治政府,就是實(shí)現(xiàn)國(guó)家和社會(huì)各項(xiàng)事務(wù)治理的制度化、規(guī)范化、程序化,不斷提高黨和國(guó)家運(yùn)用中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義制度有效治理國(guó)家的能力,實(shí)現(xiàn)國(guó)家治理的現(xiàn)代化。一、我國(guó)法治政府建設(shè)的實(shí)踐探索(一)政府依法行政的起步階段(1978年改革開放—1989年)
[Abstract]:The government under the rule of law is an important symbol of the modernization of national governance. The fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee put forward the goal and task of advancing administration by law and speeding up the construction of a government ruled by law, which injected a new impetus into the construction of a government ruled by law at a new historical starting point. To build a government ruled by law is to realize the institutionalization, standardization and procedure of the governance of various affairs of the state and society, to continuously improve the ability of the Party and the state to use the socialist system with Chinese characteristics to govern the country effectively, and to realize the modernization of the governance of the country. First, the practice and exploration of the construction of the government ruled by law in China (1) the initial stage of government administration according to law (1978, reform and opening up to 1989)
