【摘要】：正法治政府是國家治理現(xiàn)代化的重要標志。黨的十八屆四中全會提出深入推進依法行政,加快建設法治政府的目標和任務,為在新的歷史起點上推進法治政府建設注入了新動力。建設法治政府,就是實現(xiàn)國家和社會各項事務治理的制度化、規(guī)范化、程序化,不斷提高黨和國家運用中國特色社會主義制度有效治理國家的能力,實現(xiàn)國家治理的現(xiàn)代化。一、我國法治政府建設的實踐探索(一)政府依法行政的起步階段(1978年改革開放—1989年)
[Abstract]:The government under the rule of law is an important symbol of the modernization of national governance. The fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee put forward the goal and task of advancing administration by law and speeding up the construction of a government ruled by law, which injected a new impetus into the construction of a government ruled by law at a new historical starting point. To build a government ruled by law is to realize the institutionalization, standardization and procedure of the governance of various affairs of the state and society, to continuously improve the ability of the Party and the state to use the socialist system with Chinese characteristics to govern the country effectively, and to realize the modernization of the governance of the country. First, the practice and exploration of the construction of the government ruled by law in China (1) the initial stage of government administration according to law (1978, reform and opening up to 1989)
