兩步法制備高性能T型分子篩膜

【摘要】:采用兩步法在n(SiO_2)∶n(Al_2O_3)∶n(Na_2O)∶n(K_2O)∶n(H_2O)=1∶0.055∶0.23∶0.08∶30的清液體系中合成高性能的T型分子篩膜,討論了熱浸漬涂鍍晶種粒徑、晶化時(shí)間以及晶化溫度對(duì)膜的滲透汽化分離性能的影響,考查了兩步法的穩(wěn)定性,并將一步法和兩步法所得分子篩膜的分離性能進(jìn)行對(duì)比。采用SEM和XRD方法對(duì)膜的形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行表征。表征結(jié)果顯示,先后浸涂粒徑為1.5μm和0.5μm的晶種能夠在載體管上形成連續(xù)致密的晶種層。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,在150℃下晶化4 h后,120℃下再晶化8 h可成功制備T型分子篩膜;75℃下滲透汽化分離m(異丙醇)∶m(水)=90∶10體系,滲透汽化通量和分離因子可分別達(dá)到2.043 kg/(m~2·h)和2 874,優(yōu)于一步法晶化所合成的分子篩膜。
[Abstract]:The high performance T molecular sieve membrane was synthesized by two steps method in the solution system of n(SiO_2):n(Al_2O_3):n(Na_2O):n(K_2O):n(H_2O)=1:0.055:0.23:0.08:30. The particle size of hot dipping coating was discussed. The effects of crystallization time and crystallization temperature on the pervaporation separation performance of the membrane were investigated. The stability of the two-step method was investigated and the separation properties of the one-step and two-step molecular sieve membranes were compared. The morphology and structure of the membrane were characterized by SEM and XRD. The results show that the continuous dense seed layer can be formed on the carrier tube with the seeds of 1.5 渭 m and 0.5 渭 m dipping successively.
