【摘要】：以取代苯乙酮為起始原料,經(jīng)由分子碘的鹵代,與吡啶成鹽得到氮葉里德化合物,再進(jìn)一步在堿存在下與1,3-環(huán)己二酮、取代苯甲醛反應(yīng),一鍋法高收率制備得到目標(biāo)化合物,該方法不需提前制備a-鹵代苯乙酮或者不飽和羰基化合物,具有操作簡便、條件溫和、產(chǎn)率較高等特點(diǎn)。目標(biāo)產(chǎn)物經(jīng)~1HNMR、~(13)CNMR、IR和MS進(jìn)行確認(rèn)。
[Abstract]:Using substituted acetophenone as the starting material, the target compound was synthesized by the halogenation of the molecular iodine and the formation of pyridine salt. In the presence of alkalinity, the substituted benzaldehyde was prepared by the reaction of 1o 3-cyclohexanedione, and the target compound was prepared by one-pot method with high yield. The method does not need to prepare a halogenated acetophenone or unsaturated carbonyl compounds in advance, and has the advantages of simple operation, mild conditions and high yield. The target product was confirmed by IR and MS.
