輻照法制備羧基化離子交換纖維后殘留液的分散特性研究

【摘要】:通過共輻照和預(yù)輻照接枝法制備了羧基化離子交換纖維PP-g-AA,在接枝殘留液中加入氫氧化鈉,得到了一種分散劑聚丙烯酸鈉(PAANa)。借助紅外光譜和掃描電鏡對(duì)改性纖維結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了表征,并測(cè)試了其對(duì)Cd(Ⅱ)的吸附性能。同時(shí),研究了輻照方法、預(yù)輻照過程中的反應(yīng)溫度和反應(yīng)活性劑濃度對(duì)PAANa相對(duì)分子質(zhì)量的影響,并對(duì)PAANa作為分散劑時(shí)的分散性進(jìn)行了測(cè)定。結(jié)果表明,PP-g-AA對(duì)Cd(Ⅱ)有良好的吸附性能,在預(yù)輻照條件下,當(dāng)反應(yīng)溫度為70℃、反應(yīng)活性劑(H_2SO_4)用量大于0.2%時(shí),由殘留液制得的PAANa相對(duì)分子質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定,分散性較好,滿足作為分散劑的要求。
