【摘要】：黨的十八大以來(lái),習(xí)近平總書(shū)記圍繞全面依法治國(guó)進(jìn)行了一系列重大理論創(chuàng)新,形成了內(nèi)涵豐富、思想深刻、實(shí)踐力強(qiáng)勁的習(xí)近平法治思想,開(kāi)啟了中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義法治發(fā)展進(jìn)程的新時(shí)代。習(xí)近平法治思想的產(chǎn)生發(fā)展不是偶然的,它植根于時(shí)代的深刻變化以及實(shí)踐不斷對(duì)理論創(chuàng)新提出的新要求、新挑戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, General Secretary Xi Jinping has carried out a series of major theoretical innovations around the rule of law in an all-round way, and has formed a thought on the rule of law by Xi Jinping, which is rich in connotation, profound in thought, and strong in practice. It has opened a new era of the development of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics. The emergence and development of Xi Jinping's thought of rule of law is not accidental. It is rooted in the profound changes of the times and the new demands and challenges put forward by practice to the theoretical innovation.
