光引發(fā)聚合法制備光致失黏膠

【摘要】:利用光引發(fā)聚合法取代傳統(tǒng)熱聚合合成一種能夠制備光致失黏膠的聚丙烯酸酯類共聚物,稱為基膠。將基膠與適量的光引發(fā)劑及多光敏官能團(tuán)低聚物復(fù)配,得到目標(biāo)產(chǎn)物。在UV光照前,展現(xiàn)了很好的粘接性能,180°剝離強(qiáng)度可以達(dá)到24N/25mm;在20m W/cm~2的365nm波長(zhǎng)UV光照下照射20s后,光敏樹脂反應(yīng)產(chǎn)生交聯(lián),與直鏈分子形成互穿網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu),導(dǎo)致180°剝離強(qiáng)度降至幾乎為零,從而展示了很好的失黏性能,便于拆離,而不損壞元器件。進(jìn)一步探究了基膠成分、多光敏官能團(tuán)低聚物的種類、用量等多個(gè)參數(shù)對(duì)光致失黏膠綜合性能的影響。最后通過(guò)掃描電鏡,對(duì)其失黏機(jī)理進(jìn)行討論,有兩個(gè)關(guān)鍵因素導(dǎo)致光照后膠黏劑失黏:低聚物交聯(lián)過(guò)程,引起體積的收縮,與基材粘接面積減小;互穿網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)造成基膠失去橡膠彈性,表現(xiàn)塑料特性。
[Abstract]:A kind of polyacrylate copolymers which can produce photo-induced viscosity loss was synthesized by photo-initiated polymerization instead of traditional thermal polymerization. The target product was obtained by blending the base adhesive with a proper amount of photoinitiator and multi- functional group oligomer. Before UV irradiation, the adhesive strength of 180 擄can reach 24N / 25mm. After 20m W/cm~2 UV irradiation at 365nm wavelength for 20 s, the reaction of Guang Min resin produces crosslinking and forms an interpenetrating network structure with the straight chain molecule. As a result, the peel strength of 180 擄is reduced to almost zero, which shows a good loss of viscosity and is easy to detach without damaging the components. The effects of the composition of base adhesive, the type and amount of oligomer of multi- functional group on the comprehensive properties of photo-induced loss of viscose were further investigated. Finally, the mechanism of viscosity loss is discussed by SEM. There are two key factors leading to the loss of adhesion of adhesive after irradiation: the crosslinking process of oligomer causes volume shrinkage and the area of adhesion to substrate decreases; Interpenetrating network structure results in loss of rubber elasticity and performance of plastic properties.
