【摘要】：教師是教育法治實現(xiàn)的主體,但網(wǎng)絡空間中暴露出教師現(xiàn)實教學示范與個體網(wǎng)絡行為缺少有效對接、網(wǎng)絡師德考察缺位于教師綜合業(yè)績考核、教師對學生網(wǎng)絡思想動態(tài)缺乏有效引導等問題。探討從引導教師樹立社會主義法律信仰、豐富網(wǎng)絡師德評價機制、以德治和法治共同推進教育進步等路徑,培養(yǎng)教師的網(wǎng)絡法治思維。
[Abstract]:Teachers are the main body of the realization of educational rule of law, but in cyberspace it is revealed that teachers' actual teaching demonstration lacks of effective docking with individual network behavior, and the network teachers' moral investigation lies in teachers' comprehensive performance assessment.Teachers lack effective guidance to students' network thoughts.This paper probes into the ways of guiding teachers to set up socialist legal beliefs, enriching the evaluation mechanism of network teachers' ethics, and promoting the progress of education by virtue and rule by law, so as to train teachers' thinking of ruling by law on the network.
