【摘要】：法治反腐是我黨推進(jìn)黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè)和反腐敗工作的新常態(tài),是我國(guó)依法治國(guó)方略的必然要求。我國(guó)反腐敗法律法規(guī)制度體系已基本建立,權(quán)力監(jiān)督和制約體系初步形成,預(yù)防和懲治腐敗工作成效顯著;但仍存在腐敗的概念尚未厘清、反腐敗國(guó)家立法和黨內(nèi)法規(guī)欠協(xié)調(diào)、反腐敗法滯后、反腐機(jī)構(gòu)分散等主要問題。構(gòu)建合法、高效的法治反腐機(jī)制,需建立全面系統(tǒng)的反腐敗法律體系,出臺(tái)統(tǒng)一《反腐敗法》,建立獨(dú)立權(quán)威的反腐敗機(jī)構(gòu),培育專業(yè)的反腐敗工作隊(duì)伍。
[Abstract]:Anti-corruption by law is the new normal for our party to promote the construction of a clean and honest party and anti-corruption work, and is an inevitable requirement of our country's strategy of governing the country according to law.The system of anti-corruption laws and regulations in China has been basically established, the system of supervision and restriction of power has taken shape initially, and the work of preventing and punishing corruption has achieved remarkable results, but the concept of corruption has not been clarified, and the national legislation on anti-corruption is not coordinated with the laws and regulations within the Party.The anti-corruption law lags behind, the anti-corruption organization disperses and so on the main question.It is necessary to establish a comprehensive and systematic anti-corruption legal system, to unify the Anti-Corruption Law, to establish an independent and authoritative anti-corruption organization, and to cultivate a professional anti-corruption work force to build up a legal and efficient anti-corruption mechanism under the rule of law.
