靜電紡絲法制備釔摻雜的ZnO及其對(duì)丙酮的氣敏特性研究

【摘要】:為改善Zn O對(duì)丙酮的氣敏響應(yīng),采用靜電紡絲法,利用PVP/Zn(NO_3)·6H_2O/Y(NO_3)_3·6H_2O等制成的前驅(qū)液,制備了釔摻雜的Zn O納米纖維,通過XRD、SEM等表征手段對(duì)制備的純Zn O和摻雜的Zn O樣品進(jìn)行了表征分析.將制備的純Zn O和釔摻雜的Zn O納米纖維制成電阻型氣體傳感器.氣敏測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,Y摻雜有效改善了Zn O納米纖維對(duì)丙酮?dú)怏w的敏感特性.在440℃時(shí),對(duì)1×10~(-6)~200×10~(-6)(體積分?jǐn)?shù))丙酮具有良好的響應(yīng),響應(yīng)時(shí)間為14~40 s,恢復(fù)時(shí)間為20~55 s,對(duì)于100×10~(-6)丙酮的響應(yīng)值約為70(S=Ra/Rg),并且對(duì)于乙醇、氨氣、甲醇、甲醛、甲苯、苯有較好的選擇性.同時(shí)分析了該材料對(duì)丙酮的敏感機(jī)理.
[Abstract]:In order to improve the gas sensing response of Zno to acetone, yttrium doped ZnO nanofibers were prepared by electrospinning method and precursor solution of PVP / ZnNo3 6H_2O/Y(NO_3)_3 6H_2O.The pure and doped Zno samples were characterized by XRD SEM.A resistive gas sensor was prepared from pure Zn O and Y doped ZnO nanofibers.The gas sensitivity test results show that Y doping can effectively improve the sensitivity of Zno nanofibers to acetone gas.At 440 鈩,
