油頁巖灰渣酸法制備聚合氯化鋁的酸溶工藝研究

【摘要】:以油頁巖灰渣為原料,采用酸法制備聚合氯化鋁,考察了酸溶條件對(duì)產(chǎn)品的鋁浸出率與鹽基度的影響。制備聚合氯化鋁的最佳酸溶條件為:酸的質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)22%,酸量比n(Al2O3)/n(HCl)為1∶13,酸溶溫度125℃,酸溶時(shí)間3 h。此條件下,鋁浸出率為73.65%,制備的液體聚合氯化鋁的鹽基度為77.51%。所制聚合氯化鋁符合國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(GB 15892—2003)中Ⅰ類液體一等品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:Polyaluminium chloride was prepared from oil shale ash by acid method.
