【摘要】：《易傳》作為《周易》理論化的標志性成果,其對于社會治理提出了大量理論觀念,其中又以《大象傳》最為突出。清代學(xué)者將《大象傳》視為《周易》的核心精神所在。在筆者看來,《大象傳》以"德治"思想為核心,詳細論述了君子從自身道德建構(gòu)到以德治世的道德擴充,同時,《大象傳》也提及在道德的約束下展開"法治"。這種以人性善為基礎(chǔ)的法治理念有著濃厚的儒家特色,其以誠信為基礎(chǔ)的治世理念對于今日的社會治理也有著極為重要的借鑒意義。
