【摘要】：設(shè)計合成了一種含有胺基和烷氧基硅烷基雙官能團的封端劑——N-對二甲氨基苯亞甲基-3-三乙氧基硅烷基-1-丙胺(DTEOS),并將其用于通過活性負(fù)離子聚合技術(shù)制備端基官能化聚苯乙烯(PS-DTEOS)中。采用傅里葉變換紅外光譜和核磁共振波譜對DTEOS和PS-DTEOS的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)進行了表征,并用凝膠滲透色譜法測定了它們的相對分子質(zhì)量及其分布。研究了DTEOS與聚苯乙烯基鋰的定量反應(yīng)關(guān)系,以及DTEOS加入量、封端反應(yīng)溫度、封端反應(yīng)時間和聚苯乙烯的相對分子質(zhì)量對封端效率的影響。結(jié)果表明,封端反應(yīng)在10~20 min內(nèi)快速完成,且沒有副反應(yīng)發(fā)生;封端反應(yīng)溫度在50~80℃和聚苯乙烯的數(shù)均分子量在5 000~50 000內(nèi)變化時對封端效率的影響不大;封端劑可與聚苯乙烯基鋰進行等摩爾封端反應(yīng),封端效率在80%以上,實現(xiàn)了用封端反應(yīng)制備官能化聚苯乙烯的預(yù)期設(shè)想。
[Abstract]:A novel capping agent, N- p-dimethylaminophenyl methyl-3-triethoxysilyl alkyl-1-propylamine, was designed and synthesized, and was used in the preparation of terminal groups by reactive anion polymerization.Functionalized polystyrene (PS-DTEOS).The microstructure of DTEOS and PS-DTEOS were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR). The relative molecular mass and their distribution were determined by gel permeation chromatography.The quantitative reaction relationship between DTEOS and polystyrene-lithium was studied, and the effects of the amount of DTEOS, the reaction temperature, the reaction time and the molecular weight of polystyrene on the sealing efficiency were studied.The results showed that the entrapment reaction was completed rapidly within 10 ~ 20 min, and no side reaction occurred, and the end sealing efficiency was not affected by the reaction temperature of 50 ~ 80 鈩，
