【摘要】：正2017年9月7日,新修訂的《宗教事務(wù)條例》(以下簡稱《條例》)公布。原《條例》自2005年3月1日正式實施以來,極大地推動了宗教工作法治化進程,在保障公民宗教信仰自由權(quán)利、依法管理宗教事務(wù)方面發(fā)揮了重要作用。但近些年來,隨著國內(nèi)國際形勢的深刻變化,宗教方面出現(xiàn)了許多新情況新問題,原《條例》已經(jīng)不能很好地適應(yīng)宗教工作
