【摘要】： 青少年是祖國的未來和希望,他們的法律素質(zhì)的高低,在一定程度上決定了法制建設(shè)工作的成敗,決定了社會的穩(wěn)定。對青少年的法制教育刻不容緩,中學(xué)生是青少年的重要組成部分,與其他青少年相比他們有更好的受教育條件,因此研究中學(xué)生法制教育意義重大。本文希望從中學(xué)生法制觀念培養(yǎng)的角度,提出一些對我國中學(xué)思想政治教育有益的觀點(diǎn)和建議。 培養(yǎng)中學(xué)生的法制觀念是建設(shè)社會主義法制,構(gòu)建和諧社會的需要;有利于素質(zhì)教育的推進(jìn);有利于中學(xué)生維護(hù)自身的合法權(quán)益。 培養(yǎng)中學(xué)生的法制觀念,需要社會、學(xué)校、家庭潛移默化的影響,更需要對中學(xué)生進(jìn)行持之以恒且切實有效的法制教育。 我們要充分認(rèn)識到培養(yǎng)中學(xué)生法制觀念、提高法律意識的重要性,采取有力措施,動員學(xué)校、家庭、社會等方面的力量,加強(qiáng)對中學(xué)生的法制教育,培養(yǎng)他們的法律意識和法律素養(yǎng),努力把中學(xué)生培養(yǎng)成為有理想、有道德、有文化、有紀(jì)律的社會主義建設(shè)事業(yè)的合格人才,為構(gòu)建社會主義和諧社會做出應(yīng)有貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Young people are the future and hope of the motherland. To a certain extent, the level of their legal quality determines the success or failure of the construction of the legal system and the stability of society. Middle school students are an important part of teenagers. Compared with other teenagers, they have better educational conditions. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the legal education of middle school students. Put forward some beneficial viewpoints and suggestions to the ideological and political education in middle school of our country. It is necessary to build the socialist legal system and build a harmonious society to cultivate the legal concept of the middle school students; it is beneficial to the promotion of quality education and to the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of the middle school students. It needs the influence of society, school and family to cultivate the concept of legal system of middle school students, and it also needs to carry on persistent and effective legal education to middle school students. We should fully recognize the importance of cultivating the concept of the legal system of middle school students, raise their legal awareness, take effective measures to mobilize the strength of schools, families, and society, and strengthen legal education for middle school students. To cultivate their legal consciousness and legal literacy, to train middle school students to become qualified talents with ideal, moral, cultural and disciplinary socialist construction cause, and to make due contributions to the construction of a harmonious socialist society.
