【摘要】:構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)的戰(zhàn)略任務(wù)是民主法治、公平正義、誠(chéng)信友愛、充滿活力、安定有序、人與自然和諧相處。其中,民主法治成為建設(shè)社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)的首要任務(wù)。建設(shè)法治社會(huì),從根本上要求提高全體國(guó)民的法律素質(zhì),尤其是要加強(qiáng)青少年一代的法制教育。 中學(xué)生作為社會(huì)主義事業(yè)的接班人,是祖國(guó)的未來,民族的希望。中學(xué)生法律素質(zhì)的高低直接關(guān)系到整個(gè)國(guó)民素質(zhì)的高低。加強(qiáng)對(duì)中學(xué)生的法制教育,對(duì)國(guó)家、社會(huì)、家庭和青少年自身而言,都有十分重要的意義。加強(qiáng)中學(xué)生法制教育不僅是素質(zhì)教育和促進(jìn)中學(xué)生健康成長(zhǎng)的需要,更是實(shí)現(xiàn)依法治國(guó)、構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)的需要。 中學(xué)生法制教育是青少年思想政治教育的重要組成部分,中學(xué)生法制教育狀況如何,將直接影響青少年的健康成長(zhǎng)。但是目前中學(xué)法制教育存在以下幾個(gè)問題:從學(xué)生自身的角度看,主要有學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)定位不準(zhǔn)確、消極心理問題突出等;從教育環(huán)境角度,主要包括家庭教育重知識(shí)輕德行、學(xué)校教育重應(yīng)試輕素質(zhì)、社會(huì)教育重形式輕實(shí)效以及學(xué)校、家庭、社會(huì)三者缺少乏教育的合力。 本文在分析中學(xué)法制教育現(xiàn)狀及問題的基礎(chǔ)上提出了加強(qiáng)中學(xué)法制教育的措施:豐富法制教育的內(nèi)容,使法制教育的價(jià)值取向多元化;加強(qiáng)教師隊(duì)伍的建設(shè)、構(gòu)建學(xué)校、家庭、社會(huì)三位一體的教育網(wǎng)絡(luò),增強(qiáng)法制教育的實(shí)效性。努力把中學(xué)生培養(yǎng)成為有理想、有道德、有文化、有紀(jì)律的社會(huì)主義事業(yè)的合格建設(shè)者,為建設(shè)社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)做出貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The strategic task of building a harmonious socialist society is democracy and the rule of law, fairness and justice, honesty and friendship, vitality, stability and order, harmony between man and nature. Democracy and the rule of law have become the primary task of building a harmonious socialist society. To build a society ruled by law requires fundamentally the improvement of the legal quality of all the people, especially the strengthening of the legal education of the youth generation. Middle school students, as successors to the cause of socialism, are the future of the motherland and the hope of the nation. The legal quality of middle school students is directly related to the quality of the whole nation. Strengthening the legal education of middle school students is not only the need of quality education and promoting the healthy growth of middle school students, but also the need of governing the country according to law and building a harmonious society. The legal education of middle school students is an important part of the ideological and political education of teenagers. What is the status of the legal education of middle school students? It will directly affect the healthy growth of teenagers. However, at present, there are several problems in the legal education of middle schools: from the perspective of students themselves, the main problems are the inaccurate orientation of learning goals, the prominent negative psychological problems, and so on; from the perspective of the educational environment, It mainly includes family education emphasizing knowledge and moral conduct, school education paying more attention to examination than quality, social education paying more attention to form and actual effect, and lack of the resultant force of education among school, family and society. Based on the analysis of the present situation and problems of legal education in middle schools, this paper puts forward some measures to strengthen the legal education in middle schools: enriching the contents of legal education, diversifying the value orientation of legal education, strengthening the construction of teachers, constructing schools, A trinity educational network of family and society, to enhance the effectiveness of legal education, to train middle school students to become qualified builders of the socialist cause with ideals, morality, culture, and discipline. To contribute to the construction of a harmonious socialist society.
