復(fù)凝聚法制備昆蟲蛻皮激素微膠囊及其性能研究

【摘要】:綠色農(nóng)藥及其制劑開發(fā)是目前研究的熱點。主要涉及到超高效、低毒(或無毒)、低殘留,對環(huán)境無污染的化學(xué)農(nóng)藥的研究,其中激素類農(nóng)藥是其中的重要方向之一。微膠囊作為一種保護技術(shù),也常常應(yīng)用于新型農(nóng)藥的制備。 本文通過正交實驗選取β-蛻皮激素(β-HE)微膠囊的最佳制備工藝條件;利用掃描電子顯微鏡和光學(xué)顯微鏡對制備的β-HE微膠囊形貌進行表征;研究了β-HE微膠囊的釋放行為和光穩(wěn)定性,并進行了β-HE微膠囊的室內(nèi)毒力測定實驗。主要研究結(jié)果如下: 通過單因素優(yōu)化和多因素正交優(yōu)化實驗,確定體系中壁材濃度為3%,芯壁材比為1:1,前期pH值為4.6,后期pH值為8.0為β-HE微膠囊制備的最佳工藝條件。在此條件下,可形成壁膜光滑,大小均勻的球形微膠囊,其平均粒徑大小為5μm,載藥量與包覆率分別達到68.5%和63.4%。 微膠囊的釋放行為研究表明,在模擬昆蟲中腸內(nèi)環(huán)境條件下以及在模擬田間環(huán)境條件下,β-HE微膠囊相對于普通β-HE具有明顯的緩釋行為。 在光降解實驗中,β-HE微膠囊相對于普通p-HE具有明顯的抗紫外線能力,光穩(wěn)定性較強。 毒力測定實驗中,獲得了β-HE微膠囊與β-HE原藥在喂養(yǎng)試蟲3天時的毒力回歸方程為:(1)β-HE微膠囊:Y=11.1221+1.7053x;LC50=0.0024(2)β-HE原藥:Y=11.4260+1.7546x;LC50=0.0022。選取在取食含有β-HE微膠囊與β-HE原藥3天后的殺蟲效果,β-HE微膠囊的藥效持效時間更長,且殺蟲效果較顯著。
[Abstract]:The development of green pesticides and their formulations is a hot research topic at present. It mainly involves the research of ultra-high efficiency, low toxicity (or non-toxic, low residue, no environmental pollution) chemical pesticides. As a protective technology, microcapsules are often used in the preparation of new pesticides. In this paper, the optimum preparation conditions of 尾 -ecdysone microcapsules were selected by orthogonal experiment, and the morphology of 尾 -HE microcapsules was characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and optical microscope. The release behavior and photostability of 尾 -HE microcapsules were studied, and the indoor virulence test of 尾 -HE microcapsules was carried out. The main results were as follows:. Through single-factor optimization and multi-factor orthogonal optimization experiments, the optimum conditions for the preparation of 尾 -HE microcapsules were determined as follows: the concentration of wall material was 3%, the ratio of core to material was 1: 1, the pH value was 4.6 in the early stage, and the pH value was 8.0 in the later stage. Under these conditions, the wall membrane was smooth. The average particle size of spherical microcapsules with uniform size is 5 渭 m, and the drug loading and coating efficiency are 68.5% and 63.4%, respectively. The release behavior of microcapsules showed that 尾 -HE microcapsules had a significant slow-release behavior compared with that of ordinary 尾 -HE microcapsules under the conditions of simulated insect midgut environment and simulated field environment. In the experiment of photodegradation, 尾 -HE microcapsules have obvious anti-ultraviolet ability compared with ordinary p-HE, and the photostability of 尾 -HE microcapsules is stronger than that of ordinary p-HE. In the virulence test, The virulence regression equation of 尾 -HE microcapsule and 尾 -HE raw drug was obtained as follows: 1: 1) 尾 -HE microencapsulated microcapsule Y: 11.1221 1.7053xLC500.00242) 尾 -HE original drug: yyun11.4260 1.7546xc500.0022. the insecticidal effect of 尾 -HE microcapsule and 尾 -HE microcapsule was longer than that of 尾 -HE microcapsule after 3 days of feeding with 尾 -HE and 尾 -HE, and the efficacy of 尾 -HE microcapsule was longer than that of 尾 -HE microcapsule. And the insecticidal effect is obvious.
