【摘要】：正農(nóng)村精神文明建設(shè)是構(gòu)建和諧社會的重要內(nèi)容,是統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實要求,也是推進新農(nóng)村建設(shè),全面建成小康社會的強大精神動力。全面分析當前農(nóng)村精神文明的現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,落實對策,對農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟社會協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實意義。一、農(nóng)村精神文明建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀改革開放以來,廣大農(nóng)民群眾的思想解放,觀念更新,民主法制意識增強,科學(xué)文化素質(zhì)逐步提高,農(nóng)村文化、教育、衛(wèi)生事業(yè)有了較快發(fā)展,精神文明建設(shè)可謂卓有成效,主要表

It is of great practical significance for the coordinated development of rural economy and society to comprehensively analyze the present situation of spiritual civilization in rural areas, to find problems and to carry out countermeasures. Since the present situation of the construction of spiritual civilization in rural areas has been opened to the outside world, the ideological emancipation, the renewal of ideas, the enhancement of democratic and legal consciousness, the gradual improvement of scientific and cultural quality, and the rapid development of rural culture, education, and health work have been made among the broad masses of peasants.
