【摘要】：隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)、信息通信技術(shù)和計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展,人們不經(jīng)意間步入了一個(gè)全新的“大數(shù)據(jù)”時(shí)代,大學(xué)生可以利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)滿足獲取新聞資訊、休閑娛樂、人際交往等多種需求。由于網(wǎng)絡(luò)主體的真實(shí)身份、活動(dòng)場域、行為狀態(tài)以數(shù)字化編碼呈現(xiàn),使得部分大學(xué)生割裂網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)與現(xiàn)實(shí)社會(huì)的聯(lián)系,原有的正確法治觀在虛擬社會(huì)里弱化、泯滅,網(wǎng)絡(luò)色情、網(wǎng)絡(luò)詐騙、網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳銷等失范行為層出不窮。如何幫助大學(xué)生樹立正確的網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治觀,提升大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治素養(yǎng),這是新時(shí)期高校思想政治教育的新課題、新任務(wù)。高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治教育水平是一個(gè)國家法治文明程度和民族法治素養(yǎng)水平的重要標(biāo)志,直接關(guān)系到能否滿足大學(xué)生提高個(gè)人網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治素質(zhì)的需求。當(dāng)前高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治教育出現(xiàn)弱效、低效的現(xiàn)象,造成這一問題的原因是多方面的。本文以大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治素質(zhì)為研究對(duì)象,通過考察高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治教育的現(xiàn)狀,筆者認(rèn)為當(dāng)下高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治教育模式滯后于網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)的發(fā)展是其效果不佳的癥結(jié)所在。因此,本文從教育的現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),提煉出大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治素質(zhì)教育的現(xiàn)有模式,深入分析高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治教育中的不足之處,在此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步闡釋大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治素質(zhì)教育的發(fā)展方向。本文分為四章:第一章,首先提出了研究本課題的背景與意義。通過考察當(dāng)前國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究現(xiàn)狀提出研究的基本思路與方法,并指出研究的創(chuàng)新與不足之處。第二章,在界定法治素質(zhì)的基礎(chǔ)上,著重理清與政治教育、道德教育的關(guān)系,并進(jìn)一步闡述與思想政治教育的關(guān)系。結(jié)合大學(xué)生身心發(fā)展和網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治素質(zhì)的特點(diǎn),闡明大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治素質(zhì)教育的特殊性。第三章,從網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治教育現(xiàn)實(shí)出發(fā),提煉出價(jià)值認(rèn)知、教育思維、教育目的三個(gè)層面闡述現(xiàn)有模式,深入分析大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治教育在教育主體性、教育目標(biāo)、教育內(nèi)容、教育目的的不足之處。第四章,以第三部分為現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù),以問題為導(dǎo)向,針對(duì)高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治素質(zhì)教育存在的不足之處,深入研究并提出大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治素質(zhì)教育的可能方向,為增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治教育教學(xué)實(shí)效性提供一種理論嘗試。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Internet technology, information and communication technology and computer technology, people have inadvertently stepped into a new era of "big data". College students can use the network to meet the needs of obtaining news information, leisure and entertainment. Due to the real identity of the network subject, the field of activity and the behavior state of the network subject are presented in digital code, which makes some college students separate the connection between the network society and the real society. The original correct view of the rule of law is weakening in the virtual society, devoid, network pornography, network fraud, network pyramid selling, etc., how to help college students to establish a correct view of the rule of law on the network, to improve the quality of the rule of law on the network of college students, This is a new subject and task of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new period. The level of network rule of law education in colleges and universities is an important symbol of a country's legal civilization and the level of national legal literacy. It is directly related to whether college students can meet the needs of improving the quality of personal network rule of law. At present, the phenomenon of weak and inefficient network rule of law education in colleges and universities, There are many reasons for this problem. This paper takes the quality of the network rule of law of college students as the research object, through the investigation of the current situation of the network rule of law education in colleges and universities. The author thinks that the lagged behind of the development of network society is the crux of the current network rule of law education in colleges and universities. Therefore, from the current situation of education, this paper abstracts the existing mode of college students' network rule of law education. On the basis of deep analysis of the shortcomings of the network rule of law education in colleges and universities, this paper further explains the development direction of the quality education of the network rule of law for college students. This paper is divided into four chapters: chapter one, First of all, the background and significance of the research are put forward. The basic ideas and methods of the research are put forward by reviewing the current research situation at home and abroad, and the innovation and deficiency of the research are pointed out. Chapter two, on the basis of defining the quality of the rule of law, Focusing on clarifying the relationship with political education and moral education, and further expounding the relationship with ideological and political education. Combining with the characteristics of college students' physical and mental development and network legal quality, this paper clarifies the particularity of college students' network legal quality education. Starting from the reality of network rule of law education, this paper abstracts the three levels of value cognition, educational thinking and educational purpose to elaborate the existing models, and analyzes in depth the university students' network rule of law education in education subjectivity, educational goal and educational content. Chapter 4th, taking the third part as the realistic basis, taking the problem as the direction, and aiming at the deficiency of the quality education of the rule of law on the network in colleges and universities, makes a thorough study and puts forward the possible direction of the quality education of the rule of law on the network for the college students. In order to enhance the effectiveness of network education on the basis of rule of law, it provides a theoretical attempt.
