水熱法制備的納米氧化鋅陣列及在棉織物上的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:以硝酸鋅和六亞甲基四胺為原料,采用低溫水浴法在棉織物表面實(shí)現(xiàn)ZnO納米棒陣列生長(zhǎng)的控制,并探討了反應(yīng)物溶液的濃度、反應(yīng)溫度、反應(yīng)時(shí)間對(duì)ZnO納米棒陣列生長(zhǎng)的影響,同時(shí)對(duì)所制備的樣品進(jìn)行了抗紫外、光催化等測(cè)試、表征及性能分析。結(jié)果表明:棉織物表面生長(zhǎng)的ZnO納米棒結(jié)構(gòu)為六方纖鋅礦晶體;在反應(yīng)物溶液濃度為0.025 mol/L,反應(yīng)溫度為90℃,反應(yīng)時(shí)間為3 h時(shí),制備得到形貌規(guī)整和定向生長(zhǎng)的ZnO納米棒陣列,賦予棉織物良好的光催化、抗紫外、自清潔等性能。
[Abstract]:Using zinc nitrate and hexamethylenetetramine as raw materials, the growth of ZnO nanorod arrays on cotton fabric surface was controlled by low temperature water bath method. The effects of the concentration of reactant solution, reaction temperature and reaction time on the growth of ZnO nanorod arrays were discussed. The ZnO nanorods grown on the surface of cotton fabric are hexagonal wurtzite crystal. When the concentration of reactant solution was 0.025 mol / L, the reaction temperature was 90 鈩,
