桉木冷堿浸漬-擠壓-硫酸鹽法制漿的研究

【摘要】:將冷堿浸漬-擠壓作為木片預(yù)處理方法,并應(yīng)用于桉木硫酸鹽法制漿的前段。探討了冷堿浸漬-擠壓的最佳工藝條件,研究了蒸煮工藝條件對預(yù)處理后料片蒸煮結(jié)果的影響,對比了未預(yù)處理原料與預(yù)處理后料片硫酸鹽法蒸煮所得紙漿的強度性能。結(jié)果表明,木片經(jīng)過冷堿浸漬-擠壓后,易于蒸煮,從而可減少蒸煮用堿量或降低最高蒸煮溫度、縮短保溫時間,且蒸煮的均勻性得到改善,篩渣率降低、紙漿強度性能提高。最佳預(yù)處理工藝條件為浸漬用堿量2%,浸漬時間2 h,溫度25℃,液比1∶5,擠壓壓縮比3∶1;與未預(yù)處理原料硫酸鹽法蒸煮(用堿量21%)相比,預(yù)處理后料片在總用堿量(浸漬用堿量2%,蒸煮用堿量19%)相同的情況下,成漿卡伯值降低了1.7,細漿得率只降低0.14個百分點,且紙漿強度性能更優(yōu),其中,抗張指數(shù)、耐破指數(shù)、耐折度分別提高了7.0%、5.2%、66%,撕裂指數(shù)與未預(yù)處理原料硫酸鹽法蒸煮所得紙漿相近。
[Abstract]:The cold alkali impregnation and extrusion was used as the pretreatment method of wood chips, and applied to the former stage of eucalyptus pulping with Kraft process. The optimum technological conditions of cold alkali impregnation and extrusion were discussed, and the effect of cooking conditions on the cooking results of the samples after pretreatment was studied. The strength properties of the pulp prepared by untreated raw material and pretreated sheet sulfate cooking were compared. The results showed that the wood chips were easy to cook after cold alkali impregnation and extrusion, thus reducing the amount of alkali used in cooking or lowering the maximum cooking temperature. The soaking time is shortened, the uniformity of cooking is improved, the sieving rate is reduced, and the strength of pulp is improved.
