【摘要】：自新中國(guó)成立特別是改革開放以來,我國(guó)的社會(huì)主義法制建設(shè)就從未止步,“依法治國(guó)”的路線也逐漸清晰明了。高中生是祖國(guó)未來的建設(shè)者和接班人,高中生的思想水平也代表著未來社會(huì)的思想水平。加強(qiáng)中學(xué)生法制意識(shí)教育,提高中學(xué)生法制意識(shí),是全社會(huì)形成自覺懂法守法的風(fēng)氣的重要舉措。歷史學(xué)科作為人文社會(huì)學(xué)科的重要組成部分,理應(yīng)承擔(dān)起中學(xué)生法制意識(shí)培養(yǎng)的責(zé)任。因此,本文以高中歷史教學(xué)中法制意識(shí)的培養(yǎng)為方向進(jìn)行研究,以期能對(duì)歷史教師的教學(xué)有所裨益。本文共分為六個(gè)部分:第一部分為緒論,對(duì)選題緣由、相關(guān)研究以及相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了介紹和闡釋。第二部分是對(duì)高中歷史教學(xué)中法制意識(shí)培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查及分析。通過問卷調(diào)查,搜集了大量數(shù)據(jù),經(jīng)過客觀的數(shù)據(jù)分析得出當(dāng)前高中歷史教學(xué)中法制意識(shí)培養(yǎng)存在的問題。第三部分是論述高中歷史教學(xué)中法制意識(shí)培養(yǎng)的意義。主要從順應(yīng)時(shí)代要求實(shí)現(xiàn)歷史學(xué)科教育功能以及促進(jìn)學(xué)生全面發(fā)展三個(gè)方面展開論述。第四部分是對(duì)高中歷史教學(xué)中法制意識(shí)培養(yǎng)的內(nèi)涵及歷史教科書中對(duì)應(yīng)法制內(nèi)容的分析。重點(diǎn)論述了法律權(quán)威意識(shí)、自由民主意識(shí)、制約監(jiān)督意識(shí)和權(quán)利義務(wù)意識(shí)等四方面。第五部分是高中歷史教學(xué)中法制意識(shí)培養(yǎng)的實(shí)施策略。分別是:樹立現(xiàn)代化的教育理念;科學(xué)合理地?cái)M定教學(xué)目標(biāo);靈活選用多樣化的教學(xué)方法和豐富的教學(xué)活動(dòng);建立健全科學(xué)合理的歷史學(xué)業(yè)評(píng)價(jià)體系。第六部分是高中歷史教學(xué)中法制意識(shí)培養(yǎng)的注意事項(xiàng)。主要從教師和資源兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行論述。
[Abstract]:Since the founding of New China, especially since the reform and opening up, China's socialist legal system construction has never stopped, and the line of "ruling the country according to law" has gradually become clear. High school students are the future builders and successors of the motherland. The ideological level of high school students also represents the ideological level of the future society. History, as an important part of the humanities and society, should bear the responsibility of cultivating the legal consciousness of middle school students. This paper studies on the cultivation of legal consciousness in history teaching in senior high school, in order to benefit the teaching of history teachers. This paper is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction, the reason for choosing the topic, The second part is the investigation and analysis of the current situation of legal consciousness cultivation in senior high school history teaching. The third part is to discuss the significance of the cultivation of legal consciousness in history teaching in senior high school. This paper discusses the function of science education and the promotion of students' all-round development. Part 4th is an analysis of the connotation of legal consciousness cultivation in history teaching in senior high school and the corresponding contents of legal system in history textbooks, with emphasis on the awareness of legal authority. The 5th part is the implementation strategy of legal consciousness in history teaching in senior high school. They are: setting up the modern educational idea, setting up the teaching goal scientifically and reasonably, and the following four aspects: the consciousness of freedom and democracy, the consciousness of restricting supervision and the consciousness of right and obligation. Flexible choice of diversified teaching methods and rich teaching activities; The 6th part is the matters needing attention in the cultivation of legal consciousness in history teaching in senior high school. It is mainly discussed from two aspects: teachers and resources.
