共沉淀法制備超細(xì)含氟鈰基拋光粉

【摘要】:以氯化鑭鈰為原料,碳酸氫銨為沉淀劑,氟化銨為氟化劑,采用共沉淀法制備稀土拋光粉前驅(qū)體,前驅(qū)體經(jīng)過(guò)高溫焙燒可以得到含氟鈰基拋光粉。通過(guò)改變沉淀方式、陳化溫度、添加氟的量等因素對(duì)鈰基拋光粉的性質(zhì)進(jìn)行了研究。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,采用共沉淀法,反應(yīng)溫度為室溫,反應(yīng)時(shí)間為50 min,陳化溫度80℃,陳化時(shí)間1h,摻氟量為5%時(shí)得到含氟鈰基拋光粉顆粒粒度最小,D50粒徑(二次粒徑)為0.583μm。與其他傳統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)超細(xì)拋光粉工藝相比,本方法簡(jiǎn)便易行,具有反應(yīng)溫度低,反應(yīng)時(shí)間短,陳化時(shí)間短的優(yōu)勢(shì),且與傳統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)超細(xì)拋光粉工藝對(duì)比省去球磨或粉碎這一工序,可以直接得到滿足客戶需要的超細(xì)拋光粉,具有較高的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和成本優(yōu)勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:Using lanthanum cerium chloride as raw material, ammonium bicarbonate as precipitant and ammonium fluoride as fluorination agent, rare earth polishing powder precursor was prepared by co-precipitation method. The properties of cerium based polishing powder were studied by aging temperature and the amount of fluorine.
