【摘要】：城市文明是一個(gè)復(fù)化的概念，是社會文明、社會和諧在城市這一特定場域的特殊形象化與具體化。城市文明的傳播對于城市的發(fā)展進(jìn)步與社會的進(jìn)步都具有重要的意義。從傳播流來看，城市文明的傳播研究主要就是傳播主體、傳播渠道、傳播客體、傳播效果、傳播情境五個(gè)具體領(lǐng)域的研究。本文對城市文明傳播的研究置于傳播學(xué)的視域下，對傳播的各要素進(jìn)行分析，進(jìn)而設(shè)計(jì)出在具體語境下的有效傳播路徑。 本文以西安市的城市文明傳播為研究對象，也是研究目的，旨在通過分析，建構(gòu)城市文明傳播的路徑，以及具體化的西安市城市文明傳播策略。文章采用傳播學(xué)傳播功能理論、議程設(shè)置理論、使用與選擇理論、受眾分析理論、培養(yǎng)理論、沉默螺旋理論等傳播學(xué)理論，以及資料內(nèi)容分析法、現(xiàn)存資料分析法、二次分析法、舉例分析法等社會學(xué)、傳播研究方法對城市文明相關(guān)概念與理論以及西安市具體的傳播狀況進(jìn)行了研究。內(nèi)容主要圍繞城市文明內(nèi)涵的界定、城市文明傳播、傳播學(xué)路徑、西安市城市文明的內(nèi)涵、西安市文明傳播的條件與現(xiàn)狀以及西安市城市文明傳播路徑設(shè)計(jì)幾個(gè)方面展開。主要研究成果是： 1、根據(jù)社會學(xué)、政治學(xué)、管理學(xué)方面相關(guān)知識，對社會文明與城市文明進(jìn)行了界定，分析得出社會文明主要由物質(zhì)文明和精神文明兩部分組成，兩者均不可或缺。理清城市文明和社會文明是包含與被包含，卻又相互影響的關(guān)系，而城市文明也就包含物質(zhì)文明與精神文明。 2、傳播學(xué)理論關(guān)照下的城市文明的傳播學(xué)分析，得出城市文明的發(fā)展離不開傳播，而城市文明傳播的實(shí)現(xiàn)在于傳播視域下傳播路徑的設(shè)計(jì)，并運(yùn)用傳播學(xué)的相關(guān)理論對城市傳播的路徑進(jìn)行了關(guān)照敘事。 3、西安市城市文明內(nèi)涵豐富，在社會主義核心價(jià)值體系下，包含深厚傳統(tǒng)文化內(nèi)涵，同時(shí)兼具時(shí)代精神與一定的創(chuàng)新精神、人文精神、民主與法制精神。 4、西安市當(dāng)前城市文明傳播SWOT分析，包括歷史遺產(chǎn)資源、宗教影響、人口結(jié)構(gòu)、思想道德狀況、教育現(xiàn)狀、經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀、科技文明現(xiàn)狀、政策對應(yīng)等方面，進(jìn)行了相對全面的剖析。 5、理論與實(shí)際相結(jié)合，提出西安市的城市文明傳播提供相應(yīng)傳播路徑設(shè)計(jì)主要有三個(gè)大的類別，即政府主導(dǎo)型、媒介主導(dǎo)型和市民主體交互型。以2014年西安市城市文明傳播策略設(shè)計(jì)為例，為前文所述理論提供參照與思考。 本文的創(chuàng)新之處在于：1、采用傳播學(xué)理論與社會學(xué)、城市環(huán)境學(xué)等學(xué)科理論體系的交融，，更全面深入對城市文明傳播進(jìn)行分析與設(shè)計(jì)；2、采用SWOT分析框架，對西安市城市文明傳播的條件與現(xiàn)狀分析，并結(jié)合大唐芙蓉園的具體案例進(jìn)行優(yōu)劣勢分析；3、提出城市文明傳播主要分為政府主導(dǎo)、媒介主導(dǎo)、市民主導(dǎo)三個(gè)主要類型，并根據(jù)西安市現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況，采用分群體與分資源兩個(gè)分層進(jìn)行具體策略設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:Urban civilization is a complex concept, a social civilization, The special visualization and concretization of social harmony in this particular field of city. The communication of urban civilization is of great significance to the development and progress of city and society. The research on the communication of urban civilization is mainly the study of five specific fields: the subject of communication, the channel of communication, the object of communication, the effect of communication and the situation of communication. This paper analyzes the elements of communication, and then designs the effective communication path in specific context. This article takes Xi'an city civilization communication as the research object, is also the research goal, through the analysis, constructs the city civilization dissemination path, The article adopts communication theory, agenda setting theory, use and choice theory, audience analysis theory, cultivation theory, silence spiral theory and so on. As well as the analysis of data content, the existing data analysis, the quadratic analysis, the example analysis, and so on sociology, The methods of communication research have studied the related concepts and theories of urban civilization and the specific communication situation of Xi'an. The contents mainly focus on the definition of the connotation of urban civilization, the communication of urban civilization, the path of communication, the connotation of Xi'an city civilization. The conditions and present situation of the transmission of civilization in Xi'an and the design of the path of communication of civilization in Xi'an are carried out in several aspects. The main research results are as follows:. 1. According to the relevant knowledge of sociology, political science and management, the author defines social civilization and urban civilization, and concludes that social civilization is mainly composed of material civilization and spiritual civilization. To clarify the relationship between urban civilization and social civilization is the relationship between inclusion and inclusion, but also influence each other, and urban civilization includes material civilization and spiritual civilization. 2. The communication analysis of urban civilization under the care of communication theory shows that the development of urban civilization can not be separated from communication, and the realization of urban civilization communication lies in the design of communication path in the field of communication. And use the theory of communication related to the path of urban communication for attention narration. 3. Xi'an city has rich connotation of civilization. Under the system of socialist core value, it contains profound connotation of traditional culture, at the same time, it also has the spirit of the times and the spirit of innovation, humanism, democracy and legal system. (4) the SWOT analysis of current urban civilization communication in Xi'an, including historical heritage resources, religious influence, population structure, ideological and moral status, educational status, economic environment, scientific and technological civilization, policy correspondence, etc. A relatively comprehensive analysis was carried out. 5. Combining theory with practice, it is put forward that the design of corresponding communication path for urban civilization communication in Xi'an has three major categories, that is, the government-led type. In 2014, Xi'an city civilization communication strategy design was taken as an example to provide reference and thinking for the theory mentioned above. The innovation of this paper lies in the adoption of the blending of communication theory and sociology, urban environmental science and other disciplines theory system, more comprehensive and in-depth analysis and design of urban civilization communication, and the adoption of SWOT analysis framework. Based on the analysis of the conditions and present situation of urban civilization communication in Xi'an city, and combining with the concrete case of Datang Furong Garden, the paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of urban civilization communication, and points out that the urban civilization communication is mainly divided into three main types: government leading, media leading and citizen leading. According to the actual situation of Xi'an, the specific strategy is designed by dividing groups and resources.
