【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展和民主法制的不斷完善,城市執(zhí)法的觀念也在不斷的發(fā)生著變化,時代的發(fā)展要求以人為本,文明執(zhí)法。在新的歷史時期,加強城管執(zhí)法隊伍的整體素養(yǎng),增強隊伍的凝聚力和戰(zhàn)斗力,是社會法制的具體要求,也是城管執(zhí)法部門所要解決的重點課題。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the perfection of democracy and legal system, the concept of urban law enforcement is constantly changing, the development of the times requires people-oriented, civilized law enforcement. In the new historical period, strengthen the overall quality of urban management law enforcement team. Enhancing the cohesion and combat effectiveness of the team is the specific requirement of the social legal system and the key task to be solved by the urban management law enforcement department.
