【摘要】：本文認(rèn)為民主社會是民主政治的基礎(chǔ),民主社會的不斷成長將有力地推動中國民主政治的發(fā)展。新中國建立以來,在人民當(dāng)家作主的基本政治制度框架下,我國基層民主政治制度開始建設(shè),但由于民主社會發(fā)育不夠,民主政治缺乏基礎(chǔ)。正是改革開放以來,我國經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、文化和社會生活領(lǐng)域發(fā)生了巨大變化,才催生和推動了基層民主政治建設(shè)。而基層民主政治的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展又得依靠民主社會的進(jìn)一步發(fā)育。民間社團(tuán)的不斷增多,公共輿論空間的不斷擴(kuò)展,民眾民主意識和素質(zhì)不斷增強(qiáng),政治參與積極性的不斷提高等等,都表明我國的民主社會正在迅速成長。民主社會的目標(biāo)是整個(gè)社會按民主的原則來運(yùn)行,而我國多年的基層民主發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)為民主社會的培育提供了諸多有利條件,同時(shí)民主社會培育也為基層民主的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,進(jìn)而推動高層民主起到了重要的推動作用。社區(qū)是民主社會培育的天然土壤,通過對社區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)生活、政治生活、文化生活來構(gòu)建民主社會所需的各種民主要素,是我國民主社會發(fā)展的必然選擇。
[Abstract]:This paper holds that democratic society is the foundation of democratic politics, and that the continuous growth of democratic society will promote the development of democratic politics in China. Since the founding of New China, under the framework of the basic political system in which the people are the masters of their own country, China's grass-roots democratic political system has begun to be built, but because the democratic society is not well developed and democratic politics lacks the foundation, great changes have taken place in the fields of economic, political, cultural and social life in China since the reform and opening up. The further development of grass-roots democracy depends on the further development of the democratic society, the increasing number of civil organizations and the continuous expansion of public opinion space. The increasing democratic consciousness and quality of the people, the constant improvement of the enthusiasm for political participation, and so on, all show that the democratic society in our country is growing rapidly. The goal of the democratic society is to run the whole society in accordance with the principles of democracy. Our country's many years of experience in developing democracy at the grass-roots level have provided many favorable conditions for the cultivation of a democratic society. At the same time, the cultivation of a democratic society has also contributed to the further development of democracy at the grass-roots level. The community is the natural soil of democratic society, and through the economic, political and cultural life of the community, it is necessary to construct the democratic elements of the democratic society. Is our country democratic society development inevitable choice.
