【摘要】:鋁是當(dāng)今世界工業(yè)第二大金屬,它的主要原料是氧化鋁。目前,中國在世界上已經(jīng)是一個氧化鋁生產(chǎn)大國。但是,與發(fā)達國家相比,我國的氧化鋁生產(chǎn)工藝在技術(shù)和資源上不占優(yōu)勢。隨著我國氧化鋁產(chǎn)量的不斷提高,國內(nèi)礦產(chǎn)資源日趨緊張,鋁土礦品位大幅下降,大部分氧化鋁企業(yè)都從國外進口優(yōu)質(zhì)鋁土礦生產(chǎn)氧化鋁。針對這一現(xiàn)狀,本課題提出并研究了石灰燒結(jié)技術(shù)。 石灰燒結(jié)法技術(shù)主要是利用低品位礦石生產(chǎn)氧化鋁的一種技術(shù),由于國內(nèi)優(yōu)質(zhì)礦源現(xiàn)在幾乎耗盡,現(xiàn)有的礦石資源由于品位低,用拜耳法工藝提取氧化鋁從經(jīng)濟上不劃算;用選礦拜耳法生產(chǎn)氧化鋁不但產(chǎn)率低、綜合回收率低,而且選礦尾礦的處理及安全堆存也是一個大問題。石灰燒結(jié)法非常適合處理低品位鋁土礦,并且可以實現(xiàn)干法燒結(jié),國內(nèi)外有多家科研院所對此曾進行過相關(guān)研究。 本文又對此工藝進行了較為詳細(xì)的研究,并對不同原料的石灰燒結(jié)法進行了實驗室實驗。將低品位礦石或鋁源與純石灰配料、燒結(jié),然后通過溶出效果評價配料和燒結(jié)情況的優(yōu)劣。實驗表明,用粉煤灰配料,熟料自粉化現(xiàn)象好,溶出率在80%左右;用鋁土礦配料時,得到的熟料大部分情況下不自粉,熟料溶出率低,只有不到60%,但配入添加劑后,熟料中氧化鋁溶出率升高,可以達到90%以上。兩者的熟料燒結(jié)溫度差不多,均在1300℃左右。 論文中得出的這些成果可為推動石灰燒結(jié)法工藝早日實現(xiàn)工業(yè)應(yīng)用提供技術(shù)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Aluminum is the second largest metal in industry in the world, and its main raw material is alumina. At present, China is already a big producer of alumina in the world. However, compared with the developed countries, The production process of alumina in China is not superior in technology and resources. With the increasing production of alumina in China, the domestic mineral resources are becoming increasingly tense, and the grade of bauxite has dropped significantly. Most alumina enterprises import high quality bauxite ore from abroad to produce alumina. Lime sintering process is mainly a kind of technology to produce alumina from low grade ore. Because the domestic high quality ore source is almost exhausted and the existing ore resources are low grade, it is not economical to use Bayer process to extract alumina. The production of alumina by Bayer process is not only low yield and low comprehensive recovery, but also a big problem in the treatment and safe storage of tailings. Lime sintering is very suitable for treating low grade bauxite and can realize dry sintering. At home and abroad, a number of research institutes have carried out related research. In this paper, the process is studied in detail, and the experiment of lime sintering with different raw materials is carried out. The low grade ore or aluminum source is sintered with pure lime. The experiment shows that the clinker self-pulverized with fly ash is good, the dissolution rate is about 80%, and when the bauxite is used, the clinker is not self-powdered in most cases. The dissolution rate of clinker is low, less than 60%, but after adding additives, the dissolution rate of alumina in clinker can be increased to more than 90%.
