【摘要】：師生關(guān)系是民辦高校最重要、最核心的人際關(guān)系。民辦高校師生之間的關(guān)系是否和諧,不僅關(guān)系到民辦高校校園的和諧與穩(wěn)定,更關(guān)系到民辦高校的教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量,乃至民辦高校的生存與發(fā)展。本文通過分析我國(guó)民辦高校師生之間關(guān)系的現(xiàn)狀,梳理了其存在問題的法律成因,并就如何實(shí)現(xiàn)民辦高校師生和諧關(guān)系提出了法治路徑,以期在構(gòu)建民辦高校和諧師生關(guān)系上提供法治和制度上的支撐。
[Abstract]:The relationship between teachers and students is the most important and core interpersonal relationship in private colleges and universities. Whether the relationship between teachers and students in private colleges and universities is harmonious or not is not only related to the harmony and stability of private colleges and universities, but also related to the quality of education and teaching in private colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the present situation of the relationship between teachers and students in private colleges and universities in China, combs the legal causes of its existing problems, and puts forward the path of rule by law in order to realize the harmonious relationship between teachers and students in private colleges and universities. In order to build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students in private colleges and universities to provide the rule of law and institutional support.
