【摘要】：新聞媒體憑借其作為社會(huì)公器的影響力和輿論監(jiān)督的功能，能夠在傳播法治觀念，提高公民監(jiān)督意識(shí)以及掌握正確的監(jiān)督措施方面起到建設(shè)性作用。其中對(duì)官員犯罪新聞的報(bào)道是對(duì)公權(quán)力進(jìn)行監(jiān)督的有效形式，我們也發(fā)現(xiàn)近些年來官員犯罪新聞報(bào)道的媒體呈現(xiàn)率呈增長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì)，這是我國(guó)民主法制建設(shè)與傳播媒介快速發(fā)展共同合力的結(jié)果。但是，處于探索過程中的官員犯罪新聞報(bào)道存在著許多不足之處，，特別是在價(jià)值取向上偏離了媒體應(yīng)有的價(jià)值追求。時(shí)下的官員犯罪新聞報(bào)道娛樂化、程式化問題嚴(yán)重，另外還出現(xiàn)了道德異化現(xiàn)象。官員犯罪新聞的重要性和現(xiàn)有報(bào)道的失范現(xiàn)象不得不引起學(xué)界的討論與業(yè)界的重視。 官員是一類特殊的社會(huì)群體，官員的犯罪新聞與一般的犯罪新聞?dòng)泄餐帲钟衅涮厥夥矫�，主要表現(xiàn)在法律嚴(yán)肅性、政治敏感性、社會(huì)影響性三個(gè)方面。本文是從官員犯罪報(bào)道的特殊性入手，官員犯罪新聞報(bào)道的價(jià)值取向應(yīng)該著眼于其政治價(jià)值與社會(huì)價(jià)值。即權(quán)力監(jiān)督、輿論震懾的政治價(jià)值與維護(hù)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定，凝聚民心的社會(huì)價(jià)值。作為特殊類別的犯罪新聞報(bào)道，在報(bào)道方式上也有其特殊的部分。 在實(shí)現(xiàn)正確價(jià)值取向的方法上，本文從報(bào)道合法性原則、報(bào)道事實(shí)的選擇、報(bào)道時(shí)機(jī)的把握、報(bào)道角度的選擇、報(bào)道深度的增加以及報(bào)道體裁的互補(bǔ)性等方面去研究，并對(duì)報(bào)道提出具體措施。 本文主要運(yùn)用案例分析法和文本分析法對(duì)官員犯罪新聞報(bào)道進(jìn)行分析。
[Abstract]:With the news media as a social instrument, the influence and the function of public opinion, can spread in the concept of the rule of law, play a constructive role in improving the citizen consciousness of supervision and supervision measures to grasp right. One of the officials of the crime news report is an effective form of supervision of public power, we also found that the media official crime the present rate of news reports in recent years showed a rising trend, which is the joint result of the rapid development of China's democracy and legal system construction and the media. However, in the exploration process of the official crime news reports have many shortcomings, especially in the value orientation deviation of media should be the pursuit of value. The official crime news report the entertainment program, the problem is serious, there are also moral alienation. The importance of official crime news reports and the anomie phenomenon not It does not cause the discussion of the academic circle and the attention of the industry.
Officials are a kind of special social groups, officials of the crime news has in common with the general crime news, but also has its special aspects, mainly in the seriousness of the law, political sensitivity, the three aspects of social influence. This article is from the particularity of the official crime reports into the hand, the value orientation of official crime news report should focus on the political and social values. That is the power of supervision, public opinion and political value power of maintaining social stability, a cohesive social value. As a special category of crime news report, reported on the way also has its special part.
In order to achieve the correct value orientation, this paper studies the principles of reporting legitimacy, reporting the choice of facts, the timing of reports, the choice of reporting angles, the increase of reporting depth and the complementarity of reporting genres, and puts forward specific measures for reporting.
This article mainly uses the case analysis method and the text analysis method to analyze the official crime news report.
